Location - The Cornish Beach House is set in a privileged location on the beautiful coastline of North Cornwall, and permits direct access to the breathtaking beach at Booby's Bay, as well as the Trevose Head Golf Course. There are no public car parks nearby, so you can enjoy true tranquillity with little interruption from passers-by even during the high season. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the quaint fishing port of Padstow, which offers some fabulous restaurants and excellent shops.

The Cornish Beach House is easy to reach by car, being a 3-hour drive from Bristol and approximately a 5½-hour from London. There is a train station at Saint Columb Road (circa 14 miles) and the main train station at Exeter is just less than a 2-hour drive away with a frequent train service to London Paddington (a 2-hour journey). Exeter is also where you will find the closet international airport (circa 85 miles) and the regional airport at Newquay is just 15 miles away.


THE ACCOMMODATION

The Cornish Beach House comfortably accommodates 10 guests thanks to the 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms, all with balconies providing some dramatic sea and golf views. This contemporary building was carefully designed to make the most out of its amazing location, as can be seen by the large folding glass doors that flood the property with natural light and beautiful scenery. The fabulous living spaces and luxurious bedrooms of the Cornish Beach House are located over two floors and make for a unique and ideal stay on the mesmerising North Cornwall coastline.

Ground Floor

Entrance hall: customised chandelier, door onto study, cloakroom and W.C., open doorway with two steps down to dining room and staircase that leads to first floor and glass galleried landing

Dining room: rustic dining table with seating for up to 12 guests, customised feature light designed from driftwood and glass, floor-to-ceiling folding doors that lead to terrace, built in seating areas, customised artwork and sculptures, beautiful solid oak flooring and sliding doors that lead to the kitchen, living room and cinema room

Living room: Cornish slate feature wall, solid oak floor, oak beams, wood burning stove, slate hearth, Yew tree mantle, large driftwood coffee table with turtle sculpture, designer sofas and leather armchairs, flat screen television, music dock, beautiful solid wood table with seating for up to 6 and dual aspect folding doors to the terrace

Kitchen: large customised kitchen with central island, granite work surfaces, double oven, fridge freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher, solid oak floor and folding doors that lead to the terrace

Cinema room: inbuilt 50” television with surround sound system, oversized leather corner sofa, modern film artwork, solid oak floor and folding doors that lead to the terrace

Study: large desk with ample work space for 2 persons, reading chair, several lamps, integrated bookcase with a library for guest use and a solid oak floor

Cloakroom: storage space for coats and shoes with a door to the ground floor W.C.

Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer and other laundry facilities

Landing: glass floored galleried landing with customised artwork and a feature chandelier, the landing extends in either direction with double doors that lead to the master bedroom

The private driveway brings you to the front of the Cornish Beach House and there is a double garage to the side providing parking for several cars. The property has a large terrace with views of the large landscaped garden with the coastline in view as a beautiful backdrop. Privacy is assured thanks to the large hedging. Other outdoor facilities include dining furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The nearby beach can be directly accessed via a pathway.
