Is there any flexibility on the arrival date?
The standard arrival date is either a Friday or a Monday to accommodate weekend stays, week long stays or mid-week stays at the properties. We try and stick to these changeover days’ to maximise bookings for our owners. There may well be some flexibility on some of the properties which is entirely down to the owner’s discretion.
Can I have an earlier check in and a later check out?
Arrival and departure times are set to allow staff plenty of time to have the property ready to its high standard for the arrival of each guest. It may well be possible for the arrival and the departures times to be more flexible but each request is at the discretion of the property owner. Any request must be requested and agreed ahead of your stay.

We do not provide any insurance for your holiday but we do strongly recommend you make your own arrangements, particularly to cover you for cancellation.
Why are shorter stays not available at the properties throughout the year?
During peak times (summer holidays, Easter holidays, half term holidays, Christmas and New Year) the majority of our properties require a minimum 7 night stay. Weekend and mid-week stays are available across most of our portfolio for the rest of the year.
Do your properties allow dogs/pets and if so is there an extra charge for this?
The number of dogs allowed at each property will vary depending on the owner. For full details please refer to the individual property page which highlights whether dogs or pets are allowed and how many you are able to bring to the property and whether a charge is applicable. We would kindly ask that all pets are kept downstairs at all times at the property and sleep in the designated areas set by the owner.
Is it possible to invite extra guests to visit during our stay at the property?
We would ask that any requests are made to WOW and we will in turn approach the owner to seek their approval for the additional guests to be at the property.
