Guests can relish in the exclusive luxury of a private heated outdoor swimming pool (available from 1st April 2025 to 1st October 2025), a delightful 6-person hot tub, inviting sun loungers, a spacious gas BBQ, a refreshing shower, and an engaging table tennis table.

Bedroom 8 (Owlets): with bunk beds, perfect for accommodating two children (although also suitable for adults) and spiral staircase leading to Savannah bedroom.

Library: enchanting library adorned with tall bookshelves, abundant volumes, two inviting armchairs, accompanied by plush footstools and a central coffee table.

Bedroom 7 (Greengage): with a king-size bed, breathtaking panoramic views of the grounds and Broadway Tower, French doors that open up to the garden and en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower.

Conservatory: elegant conservatory featuring two comfortable chairs and exquisite French doors, seamlessly connecting to the enchanting gardens and inviting terrace.

Orangery: featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, offering breathtaking vistas of the grounds encompassing the majestic Broadway Tower. Enhancing its allure, the orangery boasts French doors that gracefully open onto a spacious terrace.
