Barford offers a lavish retreat for 12-16 guests, providing six opulent en-suite double rooms. To accommodate larger groups, two of these rooms feature supplementary bunk beds, subject to an additional fee.

Sitting Room: a spacious double aspect room adorned with ample plush sofas and cozy armchairs, boasting sleek sliding glass doors that lead to a terrace offering breathtaking sea vistas. A captivating copper-clad central wall, embellished with artisanal metal shelving, encloses a wood burner, a television, and massive sliding barn doors that effortlessly partition it from the adjoining kitchen.

Cloakroom: with washbasin and W.C.

Summerleaze: with a super king-size bed, full-height sliding doors leading to a balcony offering stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom with a William Holland slipper bath plus a walk-in shower.

Wanson: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds plus a built-in full-size wooden  two tier bunk bed (for an additional charge), located at the rear of the house overlooking the stream and en-suite shower room.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a remarkable covered space beckons with outdoor sofas, elegant tables, and chairs, accompanied by a cosy wood burner. Alternatively, indulge in ultimate relaxation by unwinding in the wood-fired hot tub, capturing the breath-taking seaside panorama.

First Floor

Widemouth: a lavish 55m² Master bedroom with a super king-size bed, a sitting area with a wood-burning stove. sliding glass windows leading to a balcony with sea views, a back balcony and a galley kitchenette/cocktail bar with a mini-fridge and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in double shower and William Holland golden free-standing bath.

Black Rock: with a super-king bed that can convert into twin beds plus a high mezzanine cabin bed (for an additional charge) and porthole with views out to the sea, sliding doors that open onto a balcony and en-suite shower room.

Millook: with a custom-made four poster super king-size bed, full height sliding doors leading out onto the balcony and en-suite shower room.

Crackington: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds, full height sliding doors that open up to a balcony and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Lower Ground Floor

The Bunker Bar: a captivating survivalist-themed club room awaits you for exhilarating late nights, featuring an enticing underground bar, a thrilling pool table, a nostalgic arcade games machine boasting an impressive collection of over 700 retro games, a state-of-the-art AV/stereo system, and comfortable seating.
