We booked Cookham House to celebrate my 50th Birthday with 12 friends (6 couples). The house has the wow factor it is absolutely stunning and spotless. Every room is spacious and decorated to a very high standard. Everything is top quality from the luxurious furnishings to the bath towels. The huge well equipped kitchen is the hub of the house and a fantastic area to relax with friends and enjoy the stunning view. Although the weather was cold it didn't stop us using the fabulous hot tub which is ideally located in the corner of the manicured garden. The village is idyllic and only a short walk to the pubs. Lunch at The Chequers Brasserie was exceptional. I had the best birthday ever in a house that dreams are made of. It really was a magical weekend. We will be back.

We all had a wonderful time at Tregulland. The property is very special. Everything worked out very well. We could all spread out and felt very comfortable among the furnishings. I loved the quirky decor! The facilities are very good. We all enjoyed the pool and some of us the hot tub! It was lovely to put the fires on, kick our shoes off and relax. We would love to visit again, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the surroundings more although we all walked. The lake is very special. I stayed for 6 nights with my wife, our two children and their respective partners, with our three grandchildren, aged 3, 5, 2, and nearly 1. The house is absolutely perfect for a family getaway, a lovely large and very attractive house with 'high spec' interiors, and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, set in extensive grounds. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time at Magnolia Barn, and the children were clearly delighted to have such large open spaces to run around in, including swings and slides. There is also a great deal to do and to see in the locality. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. Jane and Andy were superb as 'hosts' and did everything they could to make our stay memorable and happy. I would rate our time at the Barn as 'Five Star'.

The owners (Andy and Louise) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The house suits a celebration experience - it is luxurious, well designed and beautifully presented. The house was a very well equipped to support large parties and it was easy to find your way around. This was evident in the layout of the kitchen in particular. The quality of the bed linen and comfort of the beds was also noteworthy. It Is a beautiful house in a beautiful location which we thoroughly enjoyed with our guests and family. We did make use of the fireplaces which really made the stay that much more memorable and it was particularly lovely to find a fully dressed Christmas tree in the main room as well as a panettone and a magnum of champagne as a welcoming gift. Upon arrival I was met by the very lovely Emma who was very approachable and friendly, she was very accessible to all our needs! The house itself was very stunning, we have stayed in a lot of large beautiful houses but this was by far all of our favourites. Not only did the house have everything that we asked for in regards to space, pool, games room, cinema but also the most stunning views looking over the cove! We will definitely be coming back. Unfortunately, the weather was against us as it poured with rain and blew a gale most of the weekend however this couldn't be helped and did not stop us using the hot tub I am pleased to say! We found the house to be very well equipped (the nutribullet went down well!). It was luxurious and yet had a very comfortable feel to it. We loved the kitchen/dining area - great table for eating, drinking and then chatting into the early hours. The welcome pack was the best we have ever had. The lounge / kitchen was just amazing with superb facilities and views of Fistral Beach and Newquay Golf Club. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub as did the adults and the property is ideally situated as a base for getting out and about. Safe parking was great. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property and didn't want to leave. Just superb.

We were so impressed with the Polpier estate - it's a stunning house, beautifully appointed, exquisitely decorated and flawlessly furnished. It was such a treat to have so much space to celebrate Lauren's 21st and the bedrooms certainly, especially in the main house, very much lived up to the considerately zoned living areas downstairs. The whole house is thoughtfully equipped, the kitchen, in particular is very well kitted out.

We had a great time. The house was clean, well equipped and in good working order. We managed to work the complicated lighting system with the help of the house guide which, incidentally, is excellent. The house is well placed - close to the South Downs, beach (West Wittering) and all civilised amenities (Waitrose, M and S etc.). We enjoyed the Unicorn which is within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at Mayfield House. It was very well equipped and perfect for us. We were there to celebrate my 70th birthday so had three generations to keep happy and although the weather left a lot to be desired there was enough room and plenty of facilities to keep everyone very happy. The chef, prepared a wonderful meal on the Saturday evening and was not worried at all about having a few young children popping in and out of the kitchen. As soon as we stepped through the gate, we realised this was in all senses of the word, a 'Wow' house. So exquisitely and lovingly restored and extended, with every room a welcome and different delight. We were lucky to have beautiful weather to enjoy all the stunning grounds have to offer. The grandkids loved the pool (as did all the swimmers), and everyone played endless games of croquet and tennis on the beautiful grass court. We were here to celebrate my sister's 70th birthday and Cromwell House provided the perfect setting - the walls rang with laughter all our stay. A true piece of paradise in a peaceful rural setting. Lulworth Cove House is indeed a special place to stay in terms of its location and the overall standard of the property which is amazing. It is very modern, clean and beautifully appointed throughout. All rooms are spacious, modern and have superb bathrooms/shower-rooms. Proximity to the pubs and restaurants of the cove is also a great benefit as are the walks and countryside which is beautiful. The whole family had a wonderful time at Foxmoor Hall and because of the location everyone was able to do their own particular favourite during the day i.e. walking/hiking, visiting NT properties, garden visits, including a Japanese bonsai one and also the local attractions including a cable car ride. Considering the ages ranged from a 9-month old baby, a 4yr old toddler and an 82yr old + 1 dog everyone's tastes were catered for. The house was large enough for us not to keep crashing into each other, but there were quiet corners too if needed. Place was extremely well thought out as regards kitchens, en-suite bathrooms and all the bedrooms were very large and well furnished. The lounges were well furnished and the various ornaments and paintings of interest to everyone. We did not expect the Olympic sized pool.The grounds were great for walking around and the disused quarry where the stone came from to build the house another feature of interest. There were plenty of local pubs and restaurants nearby or within half an hour's drive. Likewise there were local food stores and a Food Hall in Matlock. In all, the property met all our expectations and went above it. An ideal place to have for a large family gathering of all ages. I also found yourselves easy to deal with and everything straightforward and uncomplicated. Would certainly recommend your company to friends.

Well, what can I say? Dartmouth House was simply spectacular! We absolutely adored the property which despite it's size, retains a warm and comfortable feel, with everything a a large family on holiday could wish for! The house suited 12 people very well, the bedrooms very comfortable with en-suites and good living space inside and out. The holiday was great, the setting wonderful and everyone enjoyed the heated pool. A relaxing and quiet position with easy access to the beach (we walked) and also sports activities near by. We used Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, which is only 5 minutes away by car.

A fabulous house, setting and location. So nice to find a truly fully equipped kitchen (which is extremely rare) and house, quality bedding, linen and towels, nothing was lacking. A heating and hot water system that is amazing and provided a toasty house at all times and simply the best, and hottest showers no matter how many people were using the water. Jean and Terry were fabulous and made themselves available if needed, as did the owner.

Our stay at South Downs House was very enjoyable. We had four grandchildren with us who thoroughly enjoyed having a pool always available and they made good use of it. The weather was kind to us so we could go for walks and the easy access to the old railway path was very convenient. We walked to Wickham which was about an hour each way. We managed the cooking well and the facilities in the kitchen were satisfactory for all our needs.

What can I say. Maryfield House absolutely blew us away. We couldn't get over how huge the house was which is so necessary for such a large group. We all agreed that the house was so fit for purpose, so many rooms for people to enjoy and filled with incredible pieces of furniture, art work and fun objects. Every day we were finding something new. All the bedrooms were fantastic and everyone was pleased with their individual space. The 9 kids just played hide and seek for the duration of our stay - a perfect kid house! Thank you for helping us create some fabulous memories for my husbands 40th. We have stayed in many large houses as a group but this was by far the best.

We had an amazing week and the house was certainly 'WOW'. The weather was an added bonus so we spent most of the time out of doors. When we were inside there was enough room for everyone to have their own space if needed. We had a really fun weekend together at Hillside House, which was a perfect property for our family get together. There was lots of space in the living area and everyone really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was a perfect location close enough to Penrith for a pop out to the supermarket but with country walks from the house, other nearby attractions, and obviously the northern Lake District hills, so something for everyone to do.

We all had an absolutely fantastic holiday. We loved the facilities at the house including the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, tennis court, table tennis, snooker/pool. The grounds were lovely, with trees in blossom and we all enjoyed the access to the animals at Orchard House. We were lucky with our timing as the baby lambs were a delight - particularly "Minty" the lamb that was being bottle fed and so loved being near to humans. Thanks to Laszlo and Betty for allowing us to join in with the feeding. All in all, this is a fantastic place for a family holiday and we had a great time.

When the gates open the scene in front of you takes your breath away. It is the most beautiful party house, so spacious and light with the most stunning views. Such a special location for any occasion. Everything is 'high end' and very easy to use. Sam was an absolute hero and went that extra mile to get parasols for the children out on the gorgeous terrace. We cannot recommend this fabulous venue and the whole experience, from first contact at enquiry stage to end of rental, too highly and realise we were blessed with exceptional weather but can fully see the merit of winters days being just as spectacular. Having ensuite bathrooms with plenty of hot water was great. Upstairs accommodation worked well for kids and teenagers. Pool was of Spa quality. Chef Gary were well worthwhile. We were helped by perfect weather and consequently didn't use some entertainment spaces. Kids enjoyed paddleboarding from Rudds. In summary the house is perfect for a boujie celebration of any kind and perfect way to treat family and friends. Would definitely recommend. The location also great. We didn't use our cars at all. Lovely to walk everywhere.

We were delighted with The White House. It is lovely house with fantastic views and extensive grounds. The ground floor living space worked very well, particularly the large conservatory, with quieter areas to allow everyone to spread out. The grounds were perfect for our dog, and the children enjoyed the pool, tennis court and collecting eggs from the chickens. We were fans of the Abingdon Arms, which is a nice village pub serving top quality food (particularly the pizzas) just 150m away.

We returned yesterday from our stay at Cromwell House and I wanted to drop you a line to say how absolutely fabulous every part of our week was. From the greeting by lovely Vanessa and delightful welcome pack to the excellent cleaning by Isabela. The house exceeded everyone's expectations and was just the perfect place to shelter from the English rain and also to enjoy the beautiful sunshine by the pool or playing tennis and croquet. We loved the undercover snug area outside in the evenings. My parents adored the house and its history and kept marvelling at how well equipped it was. You've really thought of everything. My mother, in particular, fell in love with the kitchen! We had an amazing chef (ChefGary) cook dinners for us but enjoyed two pub lunches locally plus a pint at the local. We feel very lucky to have experienced such a unique and special house. Thank you again for the show around back in April.

The weekend before lockdown we were fortunate enough to have the most amazing family weekend celebrating my mums 90th birthday. The house surpassed all expectations. The decor completely blew us away as did the famous signed photos art collection which we were in awe of. We enjoyed the cinema where we had a family photo quiz displayed on the big screen, table tennis tournaments as well as enjoying the swimming pool and steam room. For the Birthday dinner we hired the Black Cherry Catering company who were excellent. We have just had an amazing five days at Polpier with our family celebrating my husband's 80th birthday on Christmas Day.This was the first time in three years our family have all been together and there were fifteen of us aged between 9 and 80, plus 4 springer spaniels! The house easily accommodated us in great comfort and there was space to escape to for a quiet read when the noise became too much! The large garden is beautifully maintained yet dog friendly and above all safe so the dogs never went AWOL. The weather wasn't great, but the pool table, table tennis and disco were a huge attraction and we did manage an incredibly muddy cliff top walk en famille on Boxing Day. All in all it was the perfect place for our family celebration and Amanda, the house manager, went above and beyond to see that everything went smoothly.

Our week's stay at River Dee House to celebrate our Diamond Wedding anniversary was a resounding success. This was in no small part due to the quality of the house. It is a spacious and luxurious property, in an ideal location for Chester. We were a party of 14 people; three generations of our family, ranging in age from 19 to 80, plus three of our oldest and closest friends who we’ve known since we were all teenagers. So the house suited our party perfectly. And its size meant we were all very comfortable; plenty of room to avoid getting under each other's feet. We ate and drank in the house; self catered, plus outside caterers for special nights, using the lavishly equipped kitchen. We also ate and drank in various restaurants and pubs within easy reach of the house. We enjoyed exploring historic Chester, and taking in the view from the house directly over the River Dee. The games room was heavily used, as was the cinema room, especially for watching World Cup matches. The large dining table also meant card games could be played at one end, with board games at the other. Finally, a special shout out for Caroline, the house manager. To sum up, the house exceeded our expectations, despite them being very high prior to our actual stay. So, thanks from all of us.

Arriving at Maryfield one is immediately struck by what a unique property it is. It has a wonderful vibe about it - laid back but stylish and the layout is superb for large family groups. The well presented bathrooms were all of a high standard meaning no-one felt short changed - showers and baths all good quality & clean . The downstairs rooms really were exceptional. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever encountered in a rental property. The outside bbq area together with the pool was the piece de resistance for our group. We loved the eclectic decor - stylish but not stuffy. Everyone left saying it had been the most fantastic holiday. After the last 18 months we have all endured it really made us realise there are so many beautiful spots to holiday right here in the U.K. We will definitely be booking again here!!

The house was wonderful and all our guests were wow-ed from the minute we drove in its amazing entrance and all the way until they lay down in their super comfy beds. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the large kitchen, dining in the two dining rooms, walking around the grounds, the village was very cute too and we loved our drive and walk to the coast! We booked Rebecca for our Saturday meal and the food was delicious and the chefs and the waiting staff were really nice. What a fabulous house! Both families had the same 'WOW' reaction when we drove through the gates. Bedrooms & beds all comfy, also clean fresh bedding and decent pillows make all the difference. We had a glorious weekend at Cromwell House. There are so many thoughtful details such as Molton Brown products in every bathroom, robes and slippers provided, wonderfully comfortable beds and linens and a kitchen stocked with every dish and appliance required. Lovely welcome from the House Manager with all three fires lit providing a very cosy and warm arrival. Very generous welcome hamper too. Then there are the outdoor features centred around the amazing swimming pool. It was probably about 10 degrees outside every day but we were all in the pool numerous times thanks to the heating and the hot tub and/or sauna to warm up in afterwards. The tennis court is stunning and providing four racquets plus balls was a very nice touch. Highly recommend.

What an absolutely fantastic weekend at Lulworth Cove House. There were 16 of us celebrating my 50th birthday and from start to finish it was perfect. The house was wonderful with 10 amazing bedrooms and a fabulous living, dining, kitchen area. The open plan design made socialising very easy without people being squirrelled off in separate rooms and the views were stunning. The chef that was recommended by the WOW House Company was exceptional. The clay pigeon shooting and the beauty therapists that were also recommended were all fabulous additions to the weekend. None of us wanted to leave!!

We had a wonderful time and the house really was WOW! :) We played games in the garden, swam in the pool, (which was lovely temperature on a cloudy day), all had wonderful bedrooms and we LOVED the aga as we became more confident using the various ovens and hot plates. We ate mostly in the kitchen as there were only 8 of us, and played board games at the big table in the evenings. One of the group brought a karaoke machine and we connected to the big screen in the large living room - we had a blast! (Confident no one could hear us! :) ) The extra fridges in the utility room were helpful, as were the laundry facilities. Wow is an excellent way to describe this house. Our family (of 10) from our 1 year old grandson to us aged grandparents had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as you see in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery. The linen is a very good quality with plenty of towels in each room. The 90' TV is brilliant for watching sporting events! The pool is fabulous, exceptionally clean and well equipped with a variety of toys for the children. The owners are so helpful. The house has so many facilities that even after 7 days we weren't able to take advantage of them all. We will return.

We were delighted with all the facilities on offer, and particularly the helpful way in which our personal requests for oxygen, ramps, anti allergy bedding were all accommodated easily. Vanessa really was fantastic in dealing with our requests in the previous week. The actual house was a pleasure to live in. Nothing had been overlooked regarding equipment and facilities. In fact when a juicer did not work early on in the week, Vanessa immediately had it replaced the following morning. Excellent service. And attention to detail. The pool being heated to the level it was made swimming a joy for all, and the sauna was also a favourite and the hot tub. Limitless towels were also appreciated. So we would give it 10 out of 10 all round. And look forward to returning at some point. Soon hopefully! A really delightful house to live in.

With regards to our experience of the house - it was just 'wow'! I was particularly pleased to note that other bits for our comfort were included e.g. basic kitchen goods such as kitchen roll, cooking oils and some condiments. We were also delighted with the books, DVDs and games for our use. Every care and attention has been paid to guests genuine enjoyment of the property and, having organised large group accommodation/ weekends away before, I can tell you this is not usually the focus for a holiday property.

All I can say is wow! The manor was everything we wanted and more and we had the best weekend ever. All the beds are comfy and the quality of the bed linen was amazing. We found everything we needed plenty of fridge space for food and booze and an abundance of plates glasses dishes etc. We made most of the hot tub and the sauna which were all set up for us on arrival. As was the heating so we walked into a cozy temperature. I highly recommend anyone looking at staying here to go for It. We were made to feel very welcome and the owner very kindly left us a basket of goodies on arrival, including pastries, pie, jam, honey, cheese etc. It is impossible to think of any game or activity that wasn't available at the property and we all had an amazing time. The kids adored the animals in the grounds, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and tennis court as well as snooker room. I think we would need to stay a month to make use of all that was on offer. The staff were exceptionally helpful and a great time was had by all.

We enjoyed a wonderful windy and blustery half term week at Polpier. The house is immaculate, roomy, with lots to do and is an enviable position sitting less than 5 minutes walk up the hill from Mevagissey. Graham met us with a smile, was super friendly and was available to answer any questions. Despite the weather, we enjoyed some amazing coastal walks and with a host of restaurants within walking distant were able to eat out most evenings. But the house was the star of the show. Big, but cosy, incredible views... and everything has been carefully considered. We didn't want to leave.

We absolutely loved Pentire Penthouse. It was the perfect place for a multi-generational family gathering as it gave us so much space to be all together and in smaller break-away groups. The facilities and equipment provided were excellent. We had great support from Bonny, enjoyed the hot tub and roof terrace but the icing on the cake was the fabulous view across Fistral Beach. I could happily have spent a week in stormy weather sitting in the window with a good book just watching the waves! We were hoping for a great week away with the family and that was certainly how it turned out - we couldn’t have asked for better. The house was such a perfect space for a large group, as it is a very spacious and social layout, if you wanted to gather around together in the evening you could do so at the bar or outside by the fire pit or down by the pool and then in the day all these spaces allowed for personal space too. Also being so close to the cove it gave easy access for those that wanted to do activities or alternatively walk to Durdle door. I'm personally quite a lone wolf and was apprehensive about being in a house with 20 people for four nights but honestly this space made it so easy and really special. Everyone just did their thing and then all came together in the evenings. Also having Chef Gary was a huge weight off of the organising side. No one was having to stress about cooking and the food was gorgeous.

Lulworth cove is truly a wonderful house in a great location. The walks, the sea, the local pub all great. the sub 40 group went for a swim in the cove on boxing day and I am pleased to say all survived. The house is amazing and everything works extremely well. We had the fire going most of the time and not only does it produce a surprising amount of heat and yet zero smell of smoke into the house. The underfloor heating makes padding around in socks on a tile floor a treat. The pool is wonderful, views glorious, our best Wow house yet. And the bedrooms, bar and kitchen were really nice and large - great for a large group.

We all had a wonderful stay at Cookham Dean, and having done at least 6 of these large family holidays in similar style houses, we all agreed that Cookham House was up there near the top, in terms of the house itself, the facilities on offer, and also the surrounding area with activities. Lovely house, beautiful setting, and a great base from which to explore the surroundings - we would love to return again in the future.

In terms of feedback I would say that the highlight of Pelham House was the pool area. A fantastic set up with an extremely well kept pool, sauna and tables to eat at with the whole family and also sofas to relax on. The room also had a separate temperature control to the rest of the house so we were able to increase the temperature and make it more comfortable once you were out of the pool especially for the children. The bedrooms in the house were also delightful and the beds super comfy!! Everyone slept amazingly well including all of the 5 children. Thanks

I would like to say how much we enjoyed our week's stay at the beautiful Orchard House. Laszlo and Betty were so friendly and helpful. Betty cooked us a lovely lasagne, with delicious garlic bread and amazing apple pie! Laszlo was excellent in teaching us archery, rifle shooting and quad biking and go karting. There was so much to do at Orchard House, it didn't matter what the weather was like! We loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the games room, snooker table, tennis courts and looking at all the animals. It was a very relaxing holiday and we would love to come back again.

We had a wonderfully pleasant stay in a house that has many memories for our family, so it was an absolute pleasure to be back after my Great-Grandmother moved out 31 years ago to celebrate her daughter's 90th birthday. The house has been beautifully furnished and there are plenty of rooms for everyone in the family to find some peace and quiet. There was also a lot of enjoyment from the climbing frame in the garden, and an enormous game of tag between the family on the lawn!

We were all blown away by River Dee House. The refurb has been done beautifully. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and the quality bedlinen! As a group with ages from 5 - 80 everyone had space whether playing air hockey in the games room, reading quietly in the library or watching a movie in the cinema room - perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the chefs among us found everything they needed. There was plenty of tableware and two dishwashers so we didn't run out. (Grandpa fell in love with the coffee machine and ordered one for himself!!) The location couldn't be better - everything was walkable. Chester is a wonderful City, fantastic choice of restaurants and great shopping. The fitness enthusiasts were able to run every day along the City wall and even ran to Wales on occasions!!

Mayfield House itself and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, the living spaces, indoor and outside and the leisure facilities were magnificent. The garden was delightful and the superb countryside with lovely villages nearby made for a stunning location. The leisure facilities and particularly the beautiful indoor swimming pool were great hits with all the children and adults. I expected a very high standard but I would particularly like to say that the feeling of the quality of all aspects of the property, the thoughtful detail and the welcome abundance of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils impressed me and made our stay comfortable and easy. We had a truly memorable and entirely wonderful time at Mayfield House. Everyone in our party thought it was a fabulous weekend and we were able to relax together in a most luxurious and genial environment.

Just got home from a fabulous weekend! What a property, when we were shown round I couldn't believe that more house just kept appearing. We were very impressed with the condition the house is presented in. Everything is clean and tidy and the decor is superb. The bedrooms look a little small in some of your photos but they were massive in real life. Being an extended family with 4 children the pool was the highlight of the weekend, although personally the hot tub was a bigger hit! All in all we had a superb weekend and will definitely be back.

First & foremost, we had a wonderful family week which was very much enhanced by your beautiful house. Our mid thirties girls were jumping up and down like excited teenagers when they first walked into the house - it certainly has the Wow factor! The 'space' is a major benefit. We made good use of many of the facilities. The provision of three dishwashers and multiple sets of mugs & crockery is a brilliant asset. The kitchen table was the central hub of activity/communication. Indoors the snooker/pool table was especially well used and also the table tennis. Outside we enjoyed the first class tennis court but also croquet, lawn football & mini golf, barbeque, watching tadpoles & fish, walking the garden trails and of course the stunning Harbour & Sea View.

Ashley house is a lovely, spacious property with a well equipped kitchen, ample refrigerator and freezer space, comfortable bedrooms and lots of entertainment spaces. The children thoroughly enjoyed the games rooms and cinema and several of us used the spa. We made good use of the generous garden space and had several barbeques using the 2 large outdoor grills. It helped that we had fab weather but even if you didn't, there are several large indoor reception rooms to be enjoyed by all.

We had taken our kayak and paddle board but were delighted to find two extra paddle boards in the boathouse. The whole family could enjoy being out on the lake together every day. It was a beautiful house, and we'd love to return.

From the welcome we got when we arrived to leaving we felt so at home. For such a beautiful, magnificent house it still felt friendly and comfortable. Our 2 weeks at 'Cromwell House' were wonderful. The house, garden and surroundings are lovely. The children were in the pool as often as they could be, despite less than perfect weather. The croquet/clock golf lawn was much used, the tennis court lovely but a bit more weather dependent. Anything we thought we might need turned out to be available, though it took us all a while to remember which drawers things were in! The view from the back of the house over that peaceful countryside was beautiful. It was a perfect venue for the family to reunite after the troubles of the past 18 months.

We booked The River Severn House for a 2 day team building event in June and everything from start to finish was brilliant! The house itself is amazing and has everything you could ever need. Towels, gowns and slippers were provided for each guest and a card, chocolates and champagne were there to welcome us which was a lovely touch. We celebrated my husband's 82nd birthday and daughters 56th. There were three generations of the family spanning 2 yrs - 82yrs, eleven of us in all. We had a very happy weekend, the layout of the house and outbuildings worked extremely well so that the young ones could get to bed without the noise of the older ones. The house is extremely comfortable with everything you could need supplied. The pool is excellent and was well used by all, so too the tennis court. There was something for everyone to enjoy. We had a great time. The kitchen was a wonderful hub where we all congregated. The dining room was great for 'formal' dinners. We had a wonderful time at Hillside House, it's so spacious and perfect for group entertaining with a gorgeous huge terrace, and two dining areas. We had a great time taking it turns to cook dinners in the well-equipped kitchen. The indoor pool and hot tub were an absolute highlight with all ages, there's nothing like a morning swim to refresh you before a days hiking. The scenery nearby is spectacular, we enjoyed hikes up peaks overlooking Ullswater.

We had the most incredible stay and wedding at Polpier and Penpol. It couldn't have been a more perfect venue for a family holiday and wedding in one. The grounds and amenities are spectacular and there is nothing more we could've asked for. The views are stunning and magical to wake up to every morning. Both adults and children had the best time during our stay and we would very much like to return in the very near future. The cream teas on arrival were a wonderful welcome. Couldn't be more thankful for everyone who made or wedding and stay at Polpier house so amazing.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Clarendon Manor. I think it choosing it for our 25th anniversary weekend was the best decision we could have made. The accommodation was perfect for all 20 of us. The celebratory dinner was lovely and we had a fabulous barbecue on the Sat. I must thank you as your Sun dance must have worked as the sun was out in full force. We look forward to using Wow House again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the house! There was so much to do despite a rather wet Saturday, thanks to Laszlo who helped entertain the kids with the go kart and my Dad, husband and brother in law loved the shooting and quad bike. We had a lovely meal in the conservatory on Sat night too. The pigs and sheep were a hit with the kids and the pool was brilliant!

We had such an amazing long weekend at Hillside house in the lakes. The house is so spacious and well equipped, ideal for a large group. We had our extended family (17 of use including children) for our pre Christmas celebrations. The children loved the pool and the adults made full use of the Jacuzzi and the gym. The tables were large enough for all the family We enjoyed lovely walks around Ullswater and Pooley bridge. Very much recommended we would go back anytime it was fabulous for all ages. Many thanks.

Thank you so much for your email. We had the best time on the Fort and luckily it didn't rain. The staff where fantastic and there was not a single hitch. Honeybourne Manor is a fantastic, characterful property with wonderful grounds. Perfect for families with all the facilities you would need for a comfortable stay. The children loved exploring the house and grounds, perfect for long games of hide and seek and water fights in the garden. The adults enjoyed sitting out into the evening enjoying the peace and tranquillity. The 13th Century tithe barn opposite was an unexpected bonus and very interesting to explore.

We had a brilliant stay at Hall House Farm. The property was ideal for three generations of family members to hang out together. Very peaceful for the older folks and plenty to keep the children entertained. We were especially lucky with the weather and made the most of the exquisite garden. Many thanks to Wow House for arranging our stay. We had a family of 15 staying for a week at Lulworth - the house was in a fantastic location to explore the local area and had plenty of space to do our own things. Everyone had a great time and the heated pool was a highlight for everyone!

Our stay at Ashley House was perfect from booking through to departure. The communication from both David at Wow House and the owner Sam was great. The house was just amazing. It had everything we needed and more. It was stunning outside and in, and more than suited the size of our party of 18. We made use of the hot tub and cinema room, with clear instructions on how to use everything provided meaning we never struggled setting anything up. We ate out one night at the Cricketts Inn from the list of recommendations provided and the people of Donisthorpe were so friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and a local we were talking to at the bar sent over 3 bottles of wine when he heard we were on a hen party, which only added to the amazing time we had. Every member of our party agreed it was the most perfect weekend and we wouldn't hesitate to use Wow House or Ashley House again.

Our experience with the WOW House company has been excellent. Booking was straightforward and clear. What made the whole process even better was the attention to detail that Gavin Thomson at The Costwold Barn, had on our booking. He was professional and welcoming and any issues that we had were promptly resolved without question. The facilities at the Cotswold Barn are of an excellent quality and we would highly recommend it and very much hope to return. The therapists that came in to give the treatments were excellent and the catering staff did an excellent job of preparing and serving our dinner on the Saturday night. Highly recommended.

Our weekend celebrations were wonderful, happy and active for the whole family. Everyone had a really good time. Laszlo was simply brilliant at coaching and encouraging the children and sometimes their parents and grandparents in the arts of shooting and quad-biking.
