Highclere House sprawls across five luxurious levels, accommodating a maximum of 10 guests within its five splendid bedrooms. Among these, two boast lavish en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining three bedrooms share two spacious family bathrooms and offer the convenience of two additional cloakrooms.

Ground Floor

Dining Room: a stylish dining area featuring a vibrant, circular red dining table accompanied by coordinating chairs for a party of 10, offering a picturesque vista of the front terrace and captivating views spanning across Hastings Old Town and the mesmerising sea.

Kitchen & Scullery: a lavishly appointed kitchen, anchored by an exquisite 18th-century oak refectory table, boasts a state-of-the-art SMEG range complete with twin ovens, grill, pizza stone, six gas burners, and a griddle. It also features an antique butler's sink and a twin-drawer dishwasher. Adjacent to this culinary haven, the scullery extends with a dedicated prep area, another butler's sink, and expansive floor-to-ceiling larder storage.

Cloakroom: cloakroom with WC and washbasin

Fernery Garden: boasts a spacious dining area, complete with an expansive table and enough seating for a dozen guests. This serene oasis is enveloped by lush fern trees and verdant ivy-covered walls in the rear courtyard.

First Floor

Sitting Room: a spacious double reception room boasting stunning ocean vistas, adorned with exquisite custom-made velvet sofas and featuring a fully functional Georgian marble fireplace.

Screening Room: seamlessly linked to the cozy sitting room, boasts a spacious, plush sofa and comfortable chairs, all set around a functional marble fireplace. This inviting space is equipped with a high-definition TV and a motorized projector screen, creating an immersive audiovisual experience with surround sound.

The Net Hut Cloakroom: spacious cloakroom featuring a WC, washbasin, and ample storage for boots and coats.

Second Floor

Admiral Suite: this lavish suite occupies the entire second floor, featuring an exquisite king-size custom-designed sleigh bed and an expansive bay window offering breathtaking vistas of the English Channel.
