Lake House is a beautifully refurbished Edwardian style property located on the hillside overlooking Lake Windermere in the Lake District National Park. The property can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children in 5 luxuriously designed bedrooms of which 3 have en-suite facilities and benefits from a cinema room and stunning grounds and views
Location - Lake House is located on the eastern side of Lake Windermere, a few minutes' drive from the picturesque town of Bowness, where there is a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants

Cinema Room: with a 75" QLED Samsung Smart TV, surround bar and surround sound speaker system and large sofa
Living Room: with large bay window and views across the grounds, 2 large sofas, feature fireplace and double doors leading through to the dining room
Dining Room: with views across the grounds and dining table and chairs to seat 10 guests comfortably and double doors leading through to the living room
Cloakroom: with WC and washbasin
Kitchen: full equipped kitchen with 3 electric ovens (fan, baking and slow/plate warmer), large induction hob, 4 wine fridges, integrated tower fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, 2 dishwashers, large central island, dining table and chairs for 8 guests and door leading out onto the patio

Grasmere Suite: with a super king-size bed, lake views, window seat and en-suite bathroom with 2 Cross water wet room large rose shower and large clear-water free-standing bath. Please note this bathroom also doubles up as the main family bathroom
Coniston: with a double bed, lake view, voice activated blinds and soft lighting, Smart TV with surround sound speaker system plus a double sofa-bed suitable for children
Second Floor
Windermere Suite: with a king-size bed, balcony with table and chairs and views across the lake, Smart TV, electric blinds and en-suite wet room with with Cross water rose shower head. There is a separate kitchen and large open plan space with sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs for 2 guests. Please note children must be supervised at all times on the balcony.
This suite can be separated off from the main house with it's own external entrance or it can be accessed from the main house.
Grounds
With 2 acres of mature gardens and grounds surrounding the property and views across Lake Windermere. There is a large 100 square metre slate patio with an outdoor mains gas fire, 2 sofas and 4 armchairs. There is a large treehouse with wi-fi and power outlets. There is also a large unfenced pond within the grounds of the property.
Please note children must be supervised at all times in the grounds.
