Store your belongings in the well-appointed wardrobe, and set the ambiance with activated soft lighting and blinds. Refresh in the en-suite shower room, where a drench shower head and invigorating body jets await, complemented by a modern sink featuring an elegant LED tap.

Grasmere Suite: enjoy the luxurious comfort of a spacious super king-size bed, stunning lake views from your window seat, and the convenience of an en-suite bathroom featuring a lavish Crosswater wet room with a large rain shower and a generously-sized clear-water free-standing bath. This bathroom also serves as the main family bathroom.

Coniston: features a comfortable double bed, offering picturesque views of the tranquil lake, equipped with convenient voice-activated blinds and a gentle, ambient soft lighting system. Enjoy entertainment on our Smart TV with a premium surround sound speaker system, and there's even a double sofa-bed designed specifically for children.

Second Floor

Windermere Suite: enjoy the luxurious comfort of a spacious suite featuring a king-size bed, a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, offering breathtaking views across the serene lake. Inside, you'll find modern amenities like a Smart TV, electric blinds, and an en-suite wet room adorned with a Crosswater rose shower head. The suite also boasts a separate kitchen and a generously sized open-plan area with a cozy sofa, a stylish coffee table, and a dining area complete with seating for two. Please be mindful that for the safety of our younger guests, children should always be supervised while on the balcony.

This suite can be separated off from the main house with it's own external entrance or it can be accessed from the main house.


Surrounded by two expansive acres of lush, well-established gardens and grounds, this property offers breathtaking vistas of Lake Windermere. A spacious 100-square-meter slate patio beckons, featuring an inviting outdoor mains gas fire, two comfortable sofas, and four relaxing armchairs. Additionally, nestled within the expansive grounds, a generously sized treehouse awaits, complete with Wi-Fi connectivity and convenient power outlets. Please note the presence of a sizable, unfenced pond on the property.
