Cloakroom: lavish cloakroom adorned with two elegant WC's and a stylish double sink.

The Dining Room: features an elegant dining table and chairs, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests, all set beside a welcoming open fireplace.

The Orangery: a stunning, sunlit conservatory adorned with an elegant dining setup for 12 guests, offering picturesque views of the garden and its sprawling surroundings.

Commercial Kitchen: a comprehensively outfitted commercial kitchen featuring a state-of-the-art gas Range cooker, a professional-grade grill, a robust commercial dishwasher, and a high-capacity ice machine.

Laundry Room: equipped with a robust, full-sized 16kg industrial washing machine and tumble dryer.

Domestic Kitchen: a lavishly appointed Smallbone designer kitchen boasts top-tier Miele appliances, including two steam ovens, a microwave, an oven, a 4-door Aga, a SubZero fridge freezer, a wine fridge, and a dishwasher, all surrounding a central island featuring a Miele induction hob and an integrated flat-screen TV.

In the corner, you'll find a vintage Pin Ball Machine, a classic Jukebox, and a meticulously restored 1960's Coca-Cola Machine, ready to dispense ice-cold Coca-Cola in vintage glass bottles.

Cinema Room: featuring a magnificent 95-inch projector screen and an abundance of plush, inviting seating.

The Summer House

This self-contained apartment boasts an inviting open-plan living and kitchen area, complete with comfortable sofa and armchairs, a stylish coffee table, a modern flat-screen TV, a convenient breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a sleek washbasin, and a WC.

Ascend to the first floor to discover the bedroom, where a luxurious king-size bed awaits, alongside a generous three-seater sofa and an exquisite Villeroy & Boch bath as a captivating centerpiece.

Grounds

Explore six acres of picturesque grounds and lush woodlands adorned with multiple inviting patio areas, each equipped with charming tables and chairs. Delight in a serene woodland perimeter walk and discover an enchanting gazebo.

Take a leisurely stroll along the exquisitely maintained grounds' perimeter and make a delightful pit stop at the splendid pod. This cozy retreat accommodates up to 20 guests and offers breathtaking vistas of the rolling hills and idyllic countryside. Keep warm during winter months with a heater and soft blankets, savoring drinks while enjoying a movie or event on the expansive TV screen. In summer, revel in the open-air experience as we remove the covers, seamlessly blending the outdoors with the indoors.

A rustic wood-fired hot tub designed for up to eight guests, accompanied by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
