Ground Floor

Drawing Room: elegant drawing room adorned with plush sofas, comfortable armchairs, a luxurious chaise lounge, a stylish coffee table, and a welcoming open fireplace.

Morning Room: adorned with ample seating, a state-of-the-art Smart TV, a grand piano, and inviting French Doors that open onto the scenic terrace.

Dining Room: sophisticated dining area graced by a roomy table and seating for up to 24 guests, enhanced by a striking fireplace and a dazzling glass chandelier.

Kitchen: newly renovated, state-of-the-art kitchen featuring a deluxe 4-door Aga stove, a spacious 6-burner gas range, dual dishwashers, a convenient microwave, a modern American-style fridge/freezer, a well-stocked larder, an efficient ice maker, and a dining area furnished with an expansive table and chairs to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Warren Bedroom: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds and en-suite wet room thoughtfully designed for easy accessibility, making it suitable for guests with disabilities.  This bedrooms is also dog friendly.

Cloakrooms: for women, men, and a fully accessible restroom equipped with convenient baby changing amenities.

Basement

Games Room: entertainment haven featuring a pool table, table tennis setup, an array of board games, and a collection of DVDs.

First Floor

Dewhurst Suite: with a four-poster bed, a separate lounge with a TV and dining area and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower.

Coryton Bedroom: with a super king-size bed, feature fireplace and en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower.

Tillie Bedroom: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower.

Kitson Bedroom: with a super king-size bed than can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is also dog friendly.

Howard Bedroom: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. This bedroom is also dog friendly.

Victor Bedroom: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower.

Parker Bedroom: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Our expansive terrace beckons with an abundance of tables, chairs, and shaded umbrellas, all poised above the lush lawn, an ideal setting for leisurely games of croquet or Boules. For those seeking cosy gatherings, our log fire-pit enclave features plush seating.

In addition, the estate boasts versatile spaces tailored for unforgettable occasions. The charming Bathing Hut, perched by the river, serves as a picturesque ceremony locale for weddings, while the Clock Tower and Repton room offer refined settings for corporate events, presentations, or meetings.
