Tregulland Estate is an opulent, self-catering sanctuary sprawled across 16 enchanting acres of grounds. Perched gracefully on the fringes of Bodmin Moor in North Cornwall, this exclusive retreat is tailor-made for lavish group getaways, accommodating up to 22-25 guests. The Estate boasts a magnificent blend of a historic barn and a grand cottage, offering unrivalled luxury and an array of indulgent amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, and games room.
Location - Tregulland Estate is ideally located a stone’s throw from Cornwall’s best beaches, fishing villages and attractions, and is just 5 minutes from the A395 and close to Exeter, so is highly accessible (no driving for hours down Cornwall’s narrow roads to get there). It is also secluded enough so that guests can get away from the hoards in summer and find some tranquillity.

Tregulland Estate welcomes up to 22-25 guests in 11 luxuriously furnished bedrooms & 3 additional beds, each boasting exquisite en-suite facilities. The Cottage houses 6 charming bedrooms, while the Barn offers 5 elegantly designed bedrooms.
Indoor Swimming Pool
Indulge in a truly unique experience with the first and only indoor freshwater swimming pool in the UK. Immerse yourself in the refreshing Cornish spring water, drawn from beneath the earth's surface and meticulously maintained with state-of-the-art plant filtration technology. The pool, measuring 12 x 5 meters, resides in its own atmospheric pool house, complemented by a six-person steam room, a convenient shower room, changing rooms, and a well-appointed toilet.

Snug: the inviting living room showcases a meticulously reupholstered 1924 Knole sofa, retaining its vintage allure. Adding to the charm, the space features an original double bread oven, luxurious leather armchairs, and a captivating wood burning stove. Combining functionality with elegance, there's an under-the-stairs shoe storage, a convenient hat-stand, and beautifully crafted coat-hooks.
Kitchen: a stunning, well-appointed kitchen boasting a luxurious Falcon Continental 2 oven range cooker with a sleek ceramic hob, a spacious double door fridge, and convenient double freezer drawers. It also features a double sink, a state-of-the-art 6-piece toaster, two stylish kettles, and two efficient dishwashers. The culinary experience is further enhanced by the inclusion of a Robert Welch knife set and block. All this, complemented by a magnificent 3-meter-long window, offers breathtaking views of the valley.
The kitchen forms part of a stunning interconnected living space of Sun Room, Dining Room and Snug.
Dining Room: ideal for grand festivities, this magnificent celebration setting features an expansive 5.5-meter dining table crafted from colossal Douglas Fir planks. Supported by the sturdy legs of the vintage Tregulland telegraph pole, the table effortlessly accommodates up to 24 guests. Complementing this opulent arrangement are bespoke up-cycled tubular chairs by Claire Danthois, a cosy wood burning stove, a splendid 32" LCD TV, and a high-quality Ruark audio CD/Radio/iPod Dock music system. Moreover, a delightful assortment of children's toys, games, books, and craft equipment is available, ensuring entertainment for all.
Sun Room: the room features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking views of the picturesque valley. It is furnished with two spacious sofas, numerous comfortable armchairs, and boasts convenient interconnecting doors to the kitchen and dining room. Entertainment options include a 37" HD LCD TV with Freeview and Freesat HD, as well as a curated collection of books, DVDs, and engaging children's games.
Meadowsweet: at the rear of the house, with a super king-size bed, which can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a Hansgrohe rainfall shower.
Angelica: with a super king-size bed, which can convert into twin beds, full-length French windows that open onto the terrace with views across the valley and en-suite bathroom with a double-head Hansgrohe rainfall shower.
First Floor
Celandine: with a super king-size bed, a Juliet balcony with views of Bodmin Moor and the lake and en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a Hansgrohe rainfall shower.
Valerian: with age-old beams above the grand fireplace, a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a roll-top slipper bath and Hansgrohe rainfall shower.
Saxifrage: with views of the valley and moor, a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a Hansgrohe rainfall shower.

Inside, you'll find a meticulously furnished kitchen equipped with a grand Ranger cooker, two convenient dishwashers, two sleek fridge drawers, a stylish Robert Welch knives block, and a sophisticated Ruark audio CD/Radio/iPod dock music system. The dining area boasts an elegant table and chairs to accommodate up to 12 guests, accompanied by a cosy wood-burning stove and a pair of plush armchairs.
Map Room: the room is adorned with an assortment of intricate maps, a sturdy boot bench, a functional desk paired with a comfortable chair, and a cosy armchair.
Goldfinch: with a super king-size bed, which can convert into twin beds, a courtyard-facing entrance with a wide door, and en-suite bathroom equipped with grab handles and an accessible toilet and a Hansgrohe rainfall wet-room shower. Although not DDA compliant, this thoughtfully designed space prioritizes accessibility.
Kestrel: with a king-size bed and en-suite walk-in wet-room with a Hansgrohe rainfall shower.

Granary Sitting Room: this enchanting space showcases a magnificent wood burning stove, luxurious Outsize Phillipe Starck and B&B Italia sofas, an impressive drop-down cinema screen paired with an HD/Blu-ray projector, a stylish card table, well-stocked library shelves, a delightful children's area complete with a charming writing desk and a thoughtfully curated collection of books, games, and craft supplies. Step outside to discover the inviting courtyard accessed via a set of charming outdoor steps.

Kingfisher: featuring 200-year-old wooden beams, a super king-size bed that can convert in twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a Hansgrohe rainfall shower.

Both the barn and cottage have utility rooms with separate rainfall shower rooms, recycling facilities, and washing machines and tumble dryers.

Delight in the offerings tailored for children, including an enticing outdoor play area. Embark on an exhilarating Nature Trail Treasure Hunt right on-site and swing to your heart's content on a charming tree swing.
Follow the enchanting wooded stream that leads you to a picturesque lake, offering an opportunity for fishing. By prior arrangement, reel in magnificent ghostie and mirror carp, each weighing over 20lbs. As you meander, keep an eye out for fascinating wildlife encounters such as glimpses of graceful otters, starlings gracefully soaring above, or even the vibrant hues of a kingfisher.
Just outside the pool house, guests revel in the delight of a beloved feature: the vibrant orange wood-fired Dutch Tub.
