Ground Floor
Entrance Hall: elegantly furnished with plush sofas, inviting armchairs, a stylish coffee table, and a striking feature fireplace.
Washroom: with WC and washbasin
Dining Rom: an elegant oak-panelled dining room featuring a grand table that comfortably seats 18 guests — with space to accommodate up to 22 for more intimate gatherings.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: fully equipped with a classic Aga range featuring three ovens and two hotplates, two additional electric ovens, a four-burner gas hob, a spacious double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The large dining table seats 12 guests comfortably — or up to 16 for a lively, close-knit gathering.
Snug Room: complete with a plush sofa, comfy chairs, and a charming wood-burning stove.
Utility Room: featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ample storage space.
