Clarence House is a wonderful manor built in 1827; the property is located on a Reserve Estate in Suffolk. The 13-bedroom property can accommodate 26 guests and it benefits from a gym , cinema room and games room. The guests will also have use of a shared swimming pool and tennis court on the Estate.

Clarence House can accommodate 26 guests in 13 bedrooms of which 12 are en-suite bedrooms, highlights of the house include:
Cinema room: a wonderful room to curl up and watch a film
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with an excellent range cooker and AGA, dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine
Drawing room: elegant room with Chinese wall paper and an open fire
Dining room: wonderful elegant room with a dining table that seats 24 guests
Games room: great area to escape to and have some fun with a pool table, table tennis and table football
Gym: gym with treadmill, rowing machine, bike, cross trainer and loose weights
Bedroom: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath and seperate shower
12 bedrooms: 10 of the beds are zip and link and can be set up as either double or twins and 11 have en-suite bath or shower rooms which have underfloor heating, most have roll-top baths as well as showers.
At Clarence House there is shared use of the outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a shared tennis court on the grounds.
Clarence House is the perfect setting for an English Country wedding set within hundreds of acres of parkland, woods and lakes. The drawing room is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships and can seat up to 100 guests and the Orangery can seat up to 168 guests. If you are after something more traditional then it is possible to hold the ceremony in the baroque church of St Peter's which is next door.
The reception can take place in the drawing room, in a marquee or in the Orangery, a new purpose built space for wedding receptions adjoining the house. The Orangery seats up to 140 guests for the wedding breakfast. For larger receptions a marquee can be added on the lawn directly outside which can seat up to 180 guests using long tables.
There is additional accommodation on the estate to accommodate family and friends in farmhouses, cottages and barns. This would provide you with 42 bedrooms in total.
Prices start from £25,000 for the hire of Clarence House which includes use of The Orangery. Prices for the whole estate start from £45,000.
Clarence House is the perfect venue for corporate events, off-site meetings and executive board meetings. Located just over 2 hours from central London the house is well equipped for meetings with plenty of reception space holding groups sizes of 10 people up to 100 people and local caterers to look after guests during their stay.
Clarence House can accommodate up to 26 guests in 13 bedrooms, 12 of which have en-suite facilities. There are further farmhouses, cottages and barns on the estate to accommodate more guests. With plenty of activities available on-site which include Clay Pigeon Shooting, Archery, Wine Tasting, Scavenger Hunt perfect for team building.
