The White House offers luxurious accommodation for up to 26-29 guests, with thirteen elegantly designed bedrooms, eleven featuring private en-suite bathrooms.

Outdoor Swimming Pool

The outdoor heated swimming pool (open from 3rd April 2026 to 2nd October 2026 and from 26th March 2027 to 1st October 2027) is surrounded by sun loungers, and nearby, a pool house features changing facilities, towels, a kitchenette, and a WC.

Ground Floor

Drawing Room: featuring cosy sofas, armchairs, a log burner, and doors opening to the terrace.

Washroom: with washbasin and WC

Snug: inviting room with a sofa, comfy chairs, board games, a 43" Smart TV, and doors opening onto the terrace.

Kitchen: a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen featuring dual fan ovens, a four-ring induction hob, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, two dishwashers, microwave, Quooker tap with hot, cold, and sparkling water, a central island, dining table for eight, 43" Smart TV, and terrace access.

Ball Room/Dining Room: with a spacious dining table for up to 26 guests, inviting sofas, armchairs, and elegant doors opening onto the terrace.

Washroom: featuring dual sinks and two private toilets.

Butler's Pantry: equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer, extra storage, and a secure gun safe (pre-booking required with the house manager).

Set within 12 acres of stunning landscaped gardens and woodland, complete with a brook, fishing lake, and breathtaking valley views, this property offers multiple terraces, one by the dining room and another near the kitchen and lounges, seating up to 26 guests.

The Lake House

The Lake House and its serene lake offer a truly idyllic retreat. Inside the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to dine in style: a double range-style oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, ice machine, fridge, and a full array of glassware—including wine, tumbler, and champagne glasses—alongside crockery, mugs, teapots, and an elegant selection of serveware and platters.

Step outside, and you are just moments from a beautiful lake perfect for wild swimming all year round. For evenings under the stars, two outdoor Kadai-style fire bowls provide the perfect setting for cosy gatherings beside the water.
