Brackenfold House offers luxurious accommodation for 31–40 guests, with 15 beautifully appointed bedroom suites spread across three floors, complemented by the option of pull-out beds for added flexibility.

Ground Floor

Drawing Room: a beautifully appointed room with comfortable sofas, a welcoming armchair, a crackling wood-burning fireplace, and a window seat perfectly placed to enjoy views of the grounds.

Dining Room: a stunning dining room with seating for 28 and captivating views over the gardens.

Snug: a stylish snug with comfy sofas, chic armchairs, a pouffe, and French doors opening onto the beautiful gardens.

Bar: a plush bar complete with cosy seating, chilled fridges, sparkling glassware, and an ice machine to keep the drinks perfectly cool.

Utility Room: with a glass washer, two washing machines, a tumble dryer and a drying rack

Kitchen/Breakfast Room:  this state-of-the-art kitchen combines style and function with four ovens, dual hobs, and instant boiling water on tap. It offers ample refrigeration, including a double-door American-style fridge, full freezer, single-door fridge, and countertop fridge. A dishwasher, mixer, toaster, and kettle complete the setup, while a central island with breakfast bar seating for five and a large breakfast table for up to eight guests make it perfect for entertaining.

Games Room: complete with a nostalgic retro console, an oversized Scrabble board, a sleek pool table, and stacks of board games to keep the competition alive.

Ivy: accessible bedroom sleeps two in a super king size bed plus a single put-up bed can be added to this room and shares the separate bathroom with Charlotte (Ivy and Charlotte are a suite).

Charlotte: sleeps two in a super king size bed or two single beds and shares the separate bathroom with Ivy.

Blanche Suite: two storey external suite which sleeps four over three bedrooms. One double bedroom and two single bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom

First Floor

Winifred (Bridal Suite): sleeps up to four on a super king sized bed and a double sofa bed with en-suite bathroom.

Alexandra: sleeps two in a king size bed with en-suite bathroom.

Alison: sleeps up to three in a super king size bed plus a single put-up bed can be added to this room with en-suite bathroom

Anne: sleeps up to four on a super king size bed and a double sofa-bed with en-suite bathroom.

Henrietta: family suite sleeps up to five across two rooms. Two in a super king size bed and a children's room sleeping three in 1 x bunk bed and 1 x single bed with shared bathroom.

Second Floor

Elizabeth: sleeps up to four in a super king size bed and a double sofa-bed with en-suite bathroom.

Frances: sleeps two in a super king size bed plus a single put-up bed can be added to this room with en-suite bathroom.

Georgina: sleeps two in either a super king size bed or two single beds with en-suite bathroom.

Ottoline: sleeps two in a super king size bed with en-suite bathroom

Peggy: sleeps two in a king size bed with en-suite bathroom
