Oaklands Estate offers the comfort of 20 meticulously designed bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom, distributed across various charming buildings: 4 bedrooms in the Mill, 4 in the Hayloft, 3 in the Granary, 5 in the Stables, and 4 in the Byre, accommodating a total of 40-48 guests.

Mill (9 guests)

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Room: a spacious, sunlit 65-foot open-concept kitchen and dining area features an elegant Aga stove, modern electric oven, generous refrigerator, and freezer. Abundant storage is available. The expansive dining table accommodates up to 48 guests, while plush sofas offer a cozy retreat at the room's far end. French doors lead to a private courtyard featuring its own hot tub.

Snug Room: cosy lounge adorned with a 55-inch smart TV and expansive, plush sofas.

Lounge: adorned with a rustic wood-burning stove and an abundance of plush seating on comfortable sofas.

Bedroom 1: with a super-king size bed which can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

First Floor

Bedroom 3: with a super-king size bed which can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

Bedroom 4: with three single beds, located in the eaves with limited headroom, suitable for adults and children and en-suite bathroom, accessed through a quaint low hatch with a bath.

Hayloft (9 guests) adjacent to the Mill and has bedrooms and games room only - not internally connected

Additionally, enjoy the convenience of a sofa, chairs, a television, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Grounds

The property boasts an inviting private courtyard, accessible through the elegant French doors in the spacious kitchen/diner, complete with a set of comfortable table and chairs, as well as a luxurious hot tub (closed daily between 9pm and 10am).

Snug: cosy and inviting, adorned with an array of plush sofas and a generous 52" Smart TV.

Lounge: a charming glass-walled lounge, complete with French doors that beckon you toward the expansive terrace and lush gardens. Inside, a cosy wood-burning stove warms the space, surrounded by ample seating provided by sumptuous sofas and inviting armchairs, all positioned to enjoy the entertainment on a sleek flat-screen TV.
