Penpol boasts multiple levels, featuring three luxurious en-suite bedrooms, an elegant formal sitting room, and a spacious kitchen/dining room in the main house. Additionally, the Garden House, accessible via a charming slate staircase, offers two additional en-suite bedrooms accompanied by a convenient kitchenette. This arrangement is perfect for guests seeking a delightful blend of comfort and privacy.

Main House Ground Floor

Kitchen/dining room: in the well-appointed country-style kitchen, you'll find a fully equipped culinary haven featuring a splendid four-oven electric Aga, an additional electric oven and hob, a refrigerator and freezer, a sink, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a captivating Bose radio system with iPod dock. Enjoy delightful meals at the spacious dining table that comfortably accommodates 10 guests, with French doors graciously revealing the enchanting terrace beyond.

Living room: the inviting living space features a charming wood-burning stove, a sleek TV, a versatile Blu-Ray DVD player, and an assortment of captivating DVDs. Ample seating is provided by a plush sofa and inviting armchairs, all positioned perfectly for relaxation. The ambience is further enhanced by French doors that seamlessly connect to the welcoming terrace.

Bedroom 2: luxurious double/twin bedroom featuring a spacious super king size bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom complete with a soothing bath.

Terrace: secluded within protective walls, a mesmerizing private terrace awaits, adorned with comfortable benches that offer a breath-taking vista of the bustling harbour.

Its privileged location adjacent to the Master bedroom offers breath-taking vistas of the picturesque countryside, serene harbour, and enchanting gardens.

Main House Second Floor

Bedroom 3: stunning double/twin bedroom featuring a luxurious super king size bed and a private en-suite bathroom adorned with a charming Victorian roll top bath. Enjoy picturesque vistas of the captivating harbour, enchanting gardens, and the majestic rolling hills from this splendid room.

It features a generously sized dining table accommodating 10 guests and vibrant pots of herbs readily available for guests to enjoy. Notably, the terrace offers stunning views of the harbour and the picturesque surrounding countryside.

Further down the steps, the front of the Garden House reveals a cosy and intimate terrace. Here, one can bask in the warmth of the sun while relishing the captivating views. Descending through the meticulously landscaped gardens, you'll discover the enclosed Chapel Garden, boasting a charming goldfish pond and intriguing exotic sculptures.

In addition, a wooden door leads to the hebe garden, while another conveniently connects to the road leading directly to the heart of the village.
