Orangery: a beautifully bright conservatory with elegant seating and a coffee table, featuring dual aspect doors opening to the terraces, gardens, and picturesque parkland.
Cloakroom: with hanging space and separate WC and washbasin
Kitchen: a gorgeous country-style kitchen that’s fully equipped for every occasion with an electric Aga and Aga companion, large fridge-freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Gather around the central island or enjoy meals together at the dining table for six.
Breakfast Room: with seating for twelve and picturesque views over the front of the house and driveway.
The Chill Room: originally the old ice house, this dome-shaped hideaway now brims with bean bags and cushions, creating a snug little retreat made for pure relaxation.
Utility/Boot Room: a spacious secondary kitchen featuring excellent storage, additional appliances such as a washing machine and tumble dryer, and double doors that flow seamlessly onto the terrace.

Bedroom 3: this room boasts a super king-size bed convertible into twins, a Smart TV and captivating views over the tranquil gardens and sweeping parkland. The en-suite bathroom features a shower over the bath, and a trundle bed is available upon request.
Bedroom 4: a beautifully appointed room with a super king-size bed (or twin setup), Smart TV, charming garden and terrace views, plus a trundle bed option for extra guests.
