A charming rustic tiki bar with fridge and plastic glassware sits poolside, while doors open out to the upper terrace and surrounding grounds for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Ground Floor

Drawing Room: with comfortable sofas, inviting armchairs, a Smart TV, a glowing log burner, and a well-stocked bar area, all overlooking the beautiful gardens and tranquil parkland.

Dining Room: an elegant dining room for twelve, with a hatch to the kitchen and doors leading directly to the terrace and gardens.

Snug: a cosy snug filled with comfy spots to sink into, board games to play, books to lose yourself in, and a warm log fire to gather around.

Orangery: a beautifully bright conservatory with elegant seating and a coffee table, featuring dual aspect doors opening to the terraces, gardens, and picturesque parkland.

Cloakroom: with hanging space and separate WC and washbasin

Kitchen: a gorgeous country-style kitchen that’s fully equipped for every occasion with an electric Aga and Aga companion, large fridge-freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Gather around the central island or enjoy meals together at the dining table for six.

Breakfast Room: with seating for twelve and picturesque views over the front of the house and driveway.

The Chill Room: originally the old ice house, this dome-shaped hideaway now brims with bean bags and cushions, creating a snug little retreat made for pure relaxation.

Utility/Boot Room: a spacious secondary kitchen featuring excellent storage, additional appliances such as a washing machine and tumble dryer, and double doors that flow seamlessly onto the terrace.

Both bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and double sink.

Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed, views across the parkland, and an interconnecting door to Bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds, views over the gardens and parkland and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. A trundle bed is available upon request.

Bedroom 4: with a super king-size bed which can convert into twin beds, garden and terrace views, plus a trundle bed option for extra guests.

Family Bathroom: with a bath and separate shower

Bedroom 5: with a super king-size bed and views overlooking the front of the house.
