Hallway: A grand hallway features a six-metre waterfall cascading softly beside a velvet chaise longue nestled in a secluded nook, while a bespoke ornate staircase, crafted exclusively for the property, sweeps you up to the first floor.

Cinema Room: featuring tiered seating and cosy beanbags, life-size Marvel heroes, a mesmerising starlight ceiling, atmospheric interval lighting, and illuminated steps. Enjoy an immersive surround sound experience with a 3m x 2.5m projection screen and the full Sky Sports & Movies package.

Kitchen/Living/Dining Room: a stylish open-plan kitchen with top-quality appliances, including two electric ovens, a six-burner hob, wine fridges, and a boiling water tap. The central island with breakfast bar leads to a dining table for twelve and a relaxed living area with sofas, a Smart TV, and sliding doors opening to the terrace and pool.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 (Master): with a US king-size bed (6'4" by 6'8") Smart TV, doors leading out onto a private balcony with a 24 carat gold leaf hammock bath and en-suite bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. 2 extra guests can be accommodated on a Chesterfield sofa bed if required.

Step into your own private oasis — beautifully landscaped gardens surround a spacious pool terrace, manicured lawns, and a dedicated children’s play area. Elegant outdoor furniture and heated marble sun loungers invite you to relax in comfort and style.

The outdoor pool, open all year round, is maintained at a soothing 29–30°C and measures an impressive 12m x 6m, with a gentle 1.2m shallow end and a 1.8m deep end. Steps provide easy access, while a sleek stainless-steel semi-circular slide adds a touch of fun. The swim-up bar, complete with seating, a TV, and its own kitchen, ensures that refreshments are always within reach.

On the pool deck, a glass-fronted wellness suite houses a sauna for up to 12 guests and a steam room accommodating 10 — perfect for unwinding after a swim.

Just a short stroll from the house lies a well-equipped gym, featuring a treadmill, exercise bike, cross-trainer, and weights. Adjacent to the gym, a games area offers endless entertainment with air hockey and classic arcade games and a double sofa-bed sleeping a further 2 guests if required.
