Ground Floor

Dining hall: a grand mahogany dining table, accommodating a party of twelve, resides beneath a captivating chandelier, surrounded by oak wood beams, arched stone windows, and inviting exposed stone walls.

Drawing room: experience the serene and grand ambiance of a tranquil haven adorned with two opulent velvet George Smith sofas, complemented by two exquisitely upholstered reading chairs and a tasteful coffee table. Enhanced by the presence of majestic oak wood beams and elegant arched stone windows, the focal point of this captivating space is undoubtedly the breathtaking Cotswold stone open fireplace.

Lounge: this inviting and cosy room has been meticulously adorned with a luxurious velvet George Smith sofa, two spacious leather armchairs, a tastefully designed coffee table, and an inviting inglenook fireplace featuring a warm wood burner. Additionally, a convenient spiral staircase directly leads to bedroom three.

Snug room: a serene retreat beckons, adorned with sumptuous sofas, a sleek plasma television, an array of Sky TV channels (including Movies and Sport), an immersive surround sound system featuring Spotify, a DVD player, and an extensive collection of diverse DVDs for your enjoyment.

Banqueting/games room: this awe-inspiring room boasts a majestic arched ceiling adorned with gracefully curved oak beams, embellished tastefully with vibrant medieval flags. The expansive dining table effortlessly accommodates 16 to 20 guests, ingeniously transforming into a fully-fledged snooker/billiards table.

Second (Attic) Floor

Bedroom 4: in the eaves, with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds, with limited head space.

Bedroom 5: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds, in the eaves with limited head space.

Snug Bedroom: 2 charming built-in single beds, ideal for children, and access through to bedroom 5.

Bathroom: with a walk-in shower and a bath.

Please note due to the steep staircase installed to reach this floor, these guest rooms are not suitable for less agile guests or the elderly.
