Villa Ponderosa can accommodate 12 guests in six luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms

Main House - Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Room: a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas hobs, larger fridge/freezer with a water dispenser, microwave, juicer, central island with a breakfast bar and stools to seat 8 guests and sliding doors leading out onto the terraces

Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage space

Living Room: with a L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, working gas fireplace, Flat Screen TV and sliding doors leading onto the terraces

Bedroom 3: with a super king-size bed which can be made into a twin and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Bedroom 4: with twin beds, Flat screen TV and and en-suite bathroom with a bath and doors leading onto the terrace

With beautifully manicured grounds at the front of the villa and stunning terraced areas to the rear of the property which include the following facilities:

Master Bedroom: with a super king-size bed, dressing room and doors leading onto a large private balcony with 2 sun-beds and a parasol and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink

Master Guest Bedroom: with a super king-size bed which can be made into a twin, dressing room and doors leading onto a private balcony with 2 armchairs and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink

The Annexe (all on the ground floor)

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, juicer and large American style fridge/freezer

Lounge/Dining Room: with 2 sofas, coffee table, Flat screen TV, working gas fireplace, dining table and chairs for 4 guests and sliding doors leading onto the terrace
