The Provence Retreat is an 18th century beautifully restored six bedroom farmhouse, located in the heart of the Provence countryside in France, in the foot hills of the Luberon mountains. This pretty and luxurious property is set in 2.75 hectares of land with a 8,500 sq m landscaped garden featuring a swimming pool, tennis court, vineyard, olive trees, fountains, many courtyards and terraces. The landscape is stunning and the farmhouse is beautifully situated in a very private environment.
Location - The Provence Retreat is located in the Luberon Valley, Provence and the nearest village is Oppede which is 3 kilometres away where you will find small local shops and a café. Avignon is 35 kilometres away and Marseille International Airport is 90 kilometres. There are flights to Marseille from many UK airports and Eurostar (www.eurostar.co.uk) runs from London to Avignon during the summer months

Kitchen/breakfast room: the beautifully appointed French Kitchen has been modernised and comes complete with all the modern appliances you would expect from a luxury house. The kitchen area has two breakfast tables comfortably seating 6 guests on each
Dining room: beautifully appointed room with a beamed ceiling and antique chandelier, a perfect setting to enjoy a gastronomic French Dinner, the table provides seating for 6 guests
Drawing room/library: light and airy room with doors opening out onto the one of many terraces of the property. The room has a beautiful original working fireplace, ideal for those cold winter nights, grand piano and comfortable seating for 12 guests. The library has a vast catalogue of books to choose from
Cinema room: pure luxury for a house in France to have a cinema room with comfy seating, large screen and surround sound. Choose from the library of films, sit back and relax
Bar: adjacent to the cinema room is the bar area with comfy seating perfect location to enjoy a cocktail before sitting down to the movie

Swimming pool: shaded tree covered path leads down to the swimming pool area, the pool is heated from May to September and has some amazing view over the garden, vineyard and Luberon mountains
