Location - St. Mawes in Cornwall is a small fishing village and is located at the end of the Roseland peninsula. St. Mawes Castle is on the western point of the village and was built to protect the harbour back in the 17th Century, the castle is hugely popular and a great place to visit.

The Oyster Catcher will comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 10 guests via a choice of 5 luxury bedrooms. The four guest rooms including the master suite are located on the lower level of the property and bedroom five is on the ground level with a walk-in shower opposite. The living area on the ground floor is open plan with bi-fold doors that open out to the garden and the far reaching sea views.

Entrance hallway: welcoming space that leads to open-plan living area

Drawing room area: two large sofas with amazing views, TV with Freeview and DVD with surround sound system. The large bi-fold doors open out onto the patio. Modern log burning fire for those colder winter nights

Dining area: large grand table for 8-10 persons with views out to the rear garden and sea views beyond

Kitchen: open-plan, high gloss modern and fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 fridge/freezers, wine cooler and built-in coffee machine. Breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests

Games room: relaxing room with comfortable sofas, large 50” TV with Freeview, DVD, surround sound system and Wii player

Bedroom 5: double bed or twin bedroom with shower room adjacent to the bedroom with a walk-in shower

Lower Floor

Master bedroom: large open plan bedroom with a super king size bed or twin beds, TV with Freeview. The bedroom benefits from doors that open out onto the balcony with breathtaking views out to sea. The open-plan, en-suite bathroom is equipped with an open-top roll bath and wet room shower. Separate W.C. room in bedroom

The Oyster Catcher has a large wooden balcony with table and chairs; the perfect ambience where to sit, relax and watch the world go by on the water. There is a gas BBQ to make use of during those warm summer days. Parking for one car is available and there is additional car parking in village.
