THE ACCOMMODATION
The Barns is arranged on the ground floor and accommodates up to 18 people in 8 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bathrooms and four bedrooms sharing two family bathrooms.
Living Room: with vaulted ceilings, a river rock fireplace and plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs with stunning views and doors opening out onto the patio and courtyard garden
Dining/Lounge Area: with a dining table to seat 18 people at one end of the room and a cosy lounge at the other end of the room with an open fireplace, sofa and armchairs. This room is very versatile and can be set up to seat up to 50 people for a larger celebration
Kitchen: a fully-equipped kitchen containing a Range cooker with gas hobs, a further cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. With glorious views of the the strawberry farm.
Boot Room: with a fancy dress wall displaying all sorts of different and crazy outfits with access through to the 'Royal Loo' filled with vintage royal memorabilia
Spanish Garden: a completely enclosed and secluded courtyard garden with a table tennis table and giant connect 4 plus a BBQ and covered dining area and a 10 seater hot tub located under an all weather canopy
Grounds: The Barns is set in 4 acres of grounds with views over the nearby strawberry fields.
The Cabana Bedroom: a king-size bedroom with an antique roll-top bath and en-suite bathroom with double doors leading onto the sun terrace
The Scottish Cabin Bedroom: a double or twin bedroom with an impressive Caledonian bed and adjacent family bathroom
Family Bathroom: with a antique roll-top bath and a walk in shower
The Corral Bedroom: a double bedroom filled with Tretchikoff prints and Gazzini lamps
The Prairie Bedroom: a huge bedroom with a super king-size bed and en-suite wet-room
