Adjacent to it, a dining area with a table and chairs accommodates 12 guests comfortably. The kitchen also features a cozy seating area with a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, complemented by a warm log burner. Entertainment is provided by a 55" flat screen TV, while doors lead directly to the inviting terrace.

Washroom: compact washroom featuring a sleek washbasin and modern WC.

Drawing Room: adorned with two distinct seating areas featuring comfortable sofas, plush armchairs, a cozy log burner, elegant coffee tables, an impressive 80" flat screen TV, and French doors seamlessly connecting to the inviting terrace.

Games Room: boasting an exquisite pool table and a convenient foldaway table tennis table.

Kitchen/Dining Room: spacious and well-appointed kitchen featuring a modern electric oven, sleek induction hob, two large fridge/freezers, efficient dishwasher, inviting breakfast bar with comfortable stools, and a grand dining table accommodating up to 22 guests (arranged across two tables).
