Clarence Estate offers opulent lodging for 83-89 guests, providing them with a choice of 42 meticulously furnished bedrooms nestled in luxurious manors, charming country houses, rustic farmhouses, and cosy cottages, all within the sprawling 5,000-acre estate.

Clarence House (27 guests)

Clarence House can accommodate 27 guests in 14 bedrooms of which 12 are en-suite bedrooms, highlights of the house include:

Ground Floor

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with an excellent range cooker and AGA, dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine

Breakfast room: with dining table and chairs to seat up to 22 guests plus a wood burner 

Dining room: wonderful elegant room with a dining table that seats 24 guests

Drawing room: elegant room with Chinese wall paper and an open fire

Morning room: a lovely bright room with an open fire, Flat-screen TV and plenty of seating

Cloakroom: WC and washbasin

Bedroom: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower

Basement

Cinema room: a wonderful room to curl up and watch a film with a large corner sofa and plenty of comfy armchairs

Games room: great area to escape to and have some fun with a pool table, table tennis and table football

Gym: gym with treadmill, rowing machine, bike, cross trainer and loose weights

First Floor

Bedrooms: 7 double bedrooms (some of which have the flexibility to be made into twins) and en-suite bath or shower rooms which have underfloor heating

Bedroom: a single bedroom which uses the family bathroom on the second floor

At Clarence House there is shared use of the outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a shared tennis court on the grounds

The Orangery (16 guests)

The Orangery can accommodate 16 guests in 8 en-suite bedrooms and benefits from underfloor heating throughout the property, which is all arranged on one floor

Cinema room (Glass House): a wonderful room to curl up and watch a film on the smart TV with Sky

Kitchen (Glass House): fully equipped kitchen with an excellent range cooker, dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and pods

Clock Tower House & Barn can accommodate 14 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms and benefits from underfloor heating throughout the property, which is all arranged on one floor

Courtyard: with a clock tower the private gated courtyard is a tranquil spot and the main access to the property with plenty of seating and dining table and chairs

Kitchen/Breakfast room: the large kitchen/breakfast room opens onto the private courtyard area with a fully equipped kitchen with professional range, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, breakfast table and chairs for 8 people 

Dining room: with a round table and chairs seating up to 8 people and double doors leading through to the drawing room
