Ground Floor
Hall: the house welcomes guests through three distinctive hallways. At its heart is a magnificent entrance hall, where a sweeping staircase, grand piano and guest book create an impressive first impression. A separate main entrance hall and a charming side hallway, lined with family portraits, add further character and a sense of the home's rich history.
Living Room: the inviting living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, centred around a wood-burning stove, with a coffee table and wonderful views stretching across the bay.
Library: curl up with one of the many English or French books, pen a letter at the writing desk, unwind in the iconic Eames chair, or challenge a friend to a leisurely game of chess.
Dining Room: gather around the dining table for up to 20 guests and enjoy beautiful panoramic views across the bay.
Cinema/TV Room: a favourite retreat for younger guests, the movie room is the perfect place to unwind, featuring a 75-inch Smart TV, DVD player and immersive surround sound. Challenge friends to a Mario Kart tournament on the Nintendo Switch, enjoy a family board game, or take to the microphone for a fun-filled karaoke session.

Kitchen: the fully equipped kitchen is designed for sociable cooking and effortless entertaining, featuring a Rangemaster cooker with five-ring hob, microwave, two dishwashers, two fridges, freezer, wine fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. A dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, while an adjoining catering kitchen provides the perfect space for private chefs to prepare memorable meals.
Boot Room: after a day exploring the surrounding countryside, the generous boot room offers plenty of space to store coats and boots. Study the large maps to inspire your next walk, or challenge family and friends to a game of table tennis.
