The kitchen seamlessly connects to the inviting living/dining room through an open walkway, while a door opens up to reveal the picturesque terrace and gardens.

Living/Dining Room: an exquisite, expansive room brimming with natural light, adorned with magnificent vaulted ceilings, elegant beams, and captivating stairs that guide you to the gallery. Within this remarkable space, you'll find plush sofas, inviting armchairs, a sizable Flat screen TV, a grand coffee table, and a charming open fireplace. A splendid dining table, accommodating up to 10 guests, takes center stage, complemented by an L-shaped sofa, an entertainment hub featuring table football and table tennis, and expansive bi-fold doors that reveal a picturesque patio boasting breathtaking garden views.

Laundry/Boot Room: featuring a spacious sink, ample surface area, and abundant storage capacity for coats, boots, shoes, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed plus a truckle bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Bedroom 4: with a king-size bed plus a truckle bed, French Windows that open up to the terrace with table and chairs and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath.

Gallery: accessed from the living room via a staircase you'll discover two plush single armchairs, a sleek flat screen TV, a magnificent piano, and a fully equipped printer with a generous supply of ink and paper.

The house boasts meticulously landscaped grounds, featuring numerous inviting terraces adorned with plush sofas, cosy armchairs, and elegant coffee tables. A covered outdoor dining area awaits, complete with a spacious table and chairs accommodating up to 10 guests. Additionally, a charming pergola-covered terrace is situated adjacent to the house, furnished with comfortable armchairs and a table.

The expansive main lawn offers recreational amenities such as football nets and a trampoline, while a basketball hoop and a 4-6 seater hot tub further enhance the outdoor experience.

For guests desiring to bring their own ponies or horses, conveniently located stables are available for their use during the stay.
