Bedroom 6: with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower
Laundry Room: with washing machine and tumble dryer
Lounge: a welcoming lounge with two large, comfortable sofas, cosy pouffes, a Smart TV, a wood-burning stove, a coffee table, and a selection of books for all ages.
Kitchen/Dining Room: a beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchen featuring a Range cooker with two ovens and five gas hobs, alongside a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The breakfast bar seats six and includes a dedicated drinks fridge, while a generous dining table comfortably accommodates ten guests. Bi-fold doors open directly onto a private courtyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining space.
Games Room: a vibrant games room featuring a 4-in-1 multi-sports table, offering pool, foosball, table tennis and air hockey for hours of fun.
