With four bedrooms nestled within the main house and an additional two in the charming annexe, you'll find ample space to relax and unwind.

Main House Ground Floor

Entrance Hall: A vibrant and expansive area, bathed in natural light, adorned with two cosy love seats, and featuring a charming inglenook fireplace.

Sitting Room: In a large, light room with stunning views of the grass tennis court and front gardens, you'll find a corner sofa, armchair, stools, a 55-inch TV with Sky Q and BT Sports, a sound bar, and an open fireplace, creating the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.

Games Room: Indulge in a captivating haven of entertainment and relaxation, with a spacious sofa, a 55-inch TV featuring Sky Q, a Sony Playstation PS4 with virtual reality, an assortment of board games (Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess, Monopoly), and a library of books, where limitless possibilities await.

Utility Room: The washing machine, tumble dryer, and sink surround the cosy dog bed, forming a practical yet inviting setup.

Home Office: The well-equipped office features sleek desks and comfortable chairs, accompanied by a high-quality printer stocked with ink and paper.

Yellow Bedroom: Indulge in the allure of twin beds and a captivating Freeview-enabled TV, creating a delightful haven of comfort and endless entertainment possibilities.

Grey Bedroom: The luxurious suite features an expansive king-size bed, a comfortable armchair, a state-of-the-art TV equipped with Sky Q, and an en-suite bathroom boasting a charming bath and a convenient hand-held shower. Please note that the bathroom entrance has limited headroom, measuring at just 3 feet and 10 inches.

Family Bathroom: Experience the epitome of luxury and tranquility with a captivating bathroom design featuring a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower, where opulence and rejuvenation intertwine.

Annexe First Floor

Bedroom One: A majestic, sprawling bedroom featuring stairs that descend gracefully to a glistening swimming pool, a state-of-the-art TV equipped with Freeview, panoramic views encompassing the serene waters, and a lavish en-suite bathroom complete with a soothing bathtub.

Bedroom Two: Step into a charming twin bedroom, tailor-made for the playful hearts of children. Its en-suite bathroom offers a delightful shower, adding a touch of magic to their daily routines.


Beautifully manicured grounds extending to just under 2 acres with a private gated drive, several seating areas on the terrace in front of the main house, by the grass tennis court and on the terrace in front of the annexe, a grass tennis court available from 26th April - 18th October 2024 and from 11th April - 31st October 2025 with an umpire chair, a trampoline, a croquet lawn, an outdoor heated swimming pool available in from 9.30am to 6.30pm 3rd May - 17th May 2024 and 27th September - 1st November 2024 and from 11th April - 23rd May 2025 and 19th September to 31st October 2025 and then open 24 hrs from 18th May - 26th September 2024 and from 23rd May - 19th September 2025, and 3 large round sun beds with room for 3 people on each, an outdoor sofa with 2 day-beds a hot tub with bluetooth sound system and party lights, a combined sauna/steam room with changing facilities including WC and shower. The grounds also have a vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to seasonal produce and a wild flower meadow with meandering paths
