We all had a wonderful stay at Cookham Dean, and having done at least 6 of these large family holidays in similar style houses, we all agreed that Cookham House was up there near the top, in terms of the house itself, the facilities on offer, and also the surrounding area with activities. Lovely house, beautiful setting, and a great base from which to explore the surroundings - we would love to return again in the future.

We had an amazing weekend in the Orchard.All guests agreed that the house was both homely and stately at the same time. More than one commented that the photos did not do it justice both in terms of its size (huge), and the quality of its presentation (stylish and very clean).Would certainly return should we have further family gatherings.

We had a phenomenal stay at this beautiful house. The photos we saw of the place were great but the home looked even better in person. The facilities were perfect and met all our needs and more. All 8 guests loved the house and didn't want to leave in the end! We would highly recommend this place to any large groups looking for a luxurious home in a wonderful location. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be in touch for our next Wow house booking!

We had the most fabulous weekend, obviously helped by your sun dance. The setting was gorgeous and the house was outstanding. All my guests were very impressed with the house and the very high standard of furnishings. It was far better then we could have imagined. We booked Cookham House to celebrate my 50th Birthday with 12 friends (6 couples). The house has the wow factor it is absolutely stunning and spotless. Every room is spacious and decorated to a very high standard. Everything is top quality from the luxurious furnishings to the bath towels. The huge well equipped kitchen is the hub of the house and a fantastic area to relax with friends and enjoy the stunning view. Although the weather was cold it didn't stop us using the fabulous hot tub which is ideally located in the corner of the manicured garden. The village is idyllic and only a short walk to the pubs. Lunch at The Chequers Brasserie was exceptional.I had the best birthday ever in a house that dreams are made of. It really was a magical weekend. We will be back.
