THE ACCOMMODATION
Blackthorn House comfortably accommodates 11–15 guests, with three beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms in the main house and a further two bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed in the Lodge. Two additional single floor mattresses are also available for an extra charge.
Outdoor Swimming Pool
Enjoy leisurely days beside the stunning heated swimming pool, with a constant 1.5m depth (available from May to September). Stretch out on a poolside sunbed beneath an umbrella, or sink into the sumptuous deep sofas, perfectly placed for relaxing, unwinding or snoozing in the sunshine.
Main House - Ground Floor
Living Room: a stylish and welcoming space with a generous corner sofa, comfortable armchairs and pouffe, centred around a flat-screen TV and coffee table, with an electric keyboard for a touch of musical entertainment.
Gym: keep active during your stay in the well-equipped gym, complete with a Peloton bike, weight racks and a selection of free weights for strength and fitness training.
Kitchen/Dining/Snug Room: a beautifully crafted Roma Interiors kitchen with NEFF appliances, including two ovens and dishwashers, a five-ring gas hob, American-style fridge/freezer and coffee machine. A large island, dining for eight and cosy snug with wood burner and TV complete the space, with bi-fold doors opening onto the terrace and gardens.
Utility/Boot Room: with additional storage space and washing machine and tumble dryer.
Grounds
Set within an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens, the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxed entertaining. Wrap-around stone and porcelain terraces lead to an impressive outdoor kitchen with a Kamado oven, gas hob, fridge and sink, alongside a rustic wooden bar perfect for summer cocktails. As evening falls, gather around the wood burner or fire pits, while a basketball hoop, table tennis, darts and French boules offer plenty of entertainment for all ages.

Master Bedroom: with a super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower.

Lodge - Ground Floor
Kitchen/Living/Dining Room: a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, complemented by a dining area for six. A comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table and flat-screen TV create a relaxed space for unwinding.
