Please do not allow children to walk down to the lakes on their own. There are no barriers around the lakes. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
It is mandatory for children to use the life vests when using the boat. Please do not allow children to use the rowing boat on their own.
Guests must not enter the stables or paddocks, or attempt to interact with the horses, unless they have explicit permission from the horse owners. Please read ‘The Grounds’ section of the welcome book for more information.

Kitchen: a stylish, fully equipped kitchen featuring a range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine, centred around a sleek island with a breakfast bar and four comfortable stools.
Dining Room: with dining table and chairs to seat 10 guests with an option to extend the table to seat 18 guests and feature fireplace.
Utility Room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Games Room: with pool table, armchairs, bar area with drinks fridge and bar stools.
Gym:a fully equipped gym featuring a rowing machine, bench press, free weights, Pilates mats and gear, resistance bands, a skipping rope, and kettlebells.

Family Bathroom: with a walk-in shower.
Swimming pool Area: step into a luxurious indoor haven featuring a heated swimming pool, accessible through a private locked door.
