Hall: an exquisite 17th-century oak-paneled reception room boasts a splendid working open fireplace, comfortable seating, a charming round table, elegant cabinets, a vast window offering breathtaking views of the gardens, and a stunning balustraded gallery.

Drawing Room: spacious, luminous chamber adorned with an authentic, exposed beamed ceiling, abundant plush sofas and armchairs, functional fireplace, inviting window seats offering picturesque views of the gardens, well-equipped card table, and a drinks room boasting a fridge, ice machine, glass washer, and sink.

TV/Cinema Room: 17th century oak-paneled TV/Cinema Room featuring luxurious sofas, a cozy armchair, an inviting open fireplace, a state-of-the-art projector, a spacious large screen, and a well-stocked drinks cupboard complete with a convenient fridge.

Kitchen: a lavishly furnished kitchen boasting a state-of-the-art 4-oven Range cooker, accompanied by 6 high-performance gas hobs. It also features a convenient dishwasher, efficient glass washer, spacious fridge/freezer, handy microwave, versatile warming drawer, sleek toaster, exquisite coffee machine, and stylish kettle.

Dining Room: a spacious dining area, situated just opposite the kitchen, adorned with a generous dining table and an array of comfortable chairs, capable of accommodating up to 16 guests.

Bedroom 1: with a super king-size bed that can convert into twin beds, views of the gardens and grounds and en-suite bathroom with a free-standing roll-top bath and a walk-in shower.

The garden, facing due west, unveils breathtaking vistas that stretch endlessly across the captivating Cotswolds, encompassing the majestic Broadway Tower.

Nestled adjacent to the front garden, the Tortoise Garden beckons with its west-facing orientation and mesmerizing borders brimming with an assortment of captivating plants. From here, guests can relish enchanting views that extend towards the enchanting landscapes of Paxford and Blockley, creating an idyllic setting for evening drinks.

Enveloped within its own private enclave, the Rose Garden lies sheltered by sturdy walls and showcases a cornucopia of diverse rose varieties. Overlooking this serene sanctuary is a summer house equipped with power, lighting, and broadband, providing the perfect ambiance for leisurely pursuits. Additionally, the summer house also houses a table tennis table, allowing guests to engage in friendly competition within the tranquil confines of the Rose Garden.

The parkland surrounding the manor abounds with venerable apple, pear, plum, and walnut orchards, evoking a sense of timeless charm. For sports enthusiasts, an all-weather tennis court awaits, complete with equipment to ensure an enjoyable match.

A brief stroll from the main house leads to a natural spring-fed lake, enticing visitors with its invigorating waters, which maintain a warm temperature throughout the summer months. Complementing this aquatic oasis are amenities such as paddle boards, a rowing boat, inflatables, and water toys, enabling guests to revel in aquatic adventures. The lake also presents opportunities for Rainbow Trout and Carp fishing, with fishing rods and tackle thoughtfully provided, and a Trout smoker for those seeking to savor their catch.

Nestled beside the lake, the Boathouse awaits, offering a range of amenities for ultimate comfort and convenience. Its well-equipped interior features a spacious American-style Fridge/Freezer, an Ice Machine, a Nespresso Coffee Machine, a kettle, and a large Belfast sink with hot water. Moreover, guests can find cutlery, glassware, crockery, and a dishwasher at their disposal.
