The garden faces due west and has never ending views across the Cotswolds, towards the Broadway Tower.

The Tortoise Garden is also a west facing garden accessed via a few steps from the front garden and has stunning borders full of plants with views across towards Paxford and Blockley. A fantastic place for evening drinks.

The Rose Garden is a walled garden filled with many different varieties of roses overlooked by the summer house which has power, lighting and broadband.

The parkland is full of ancient apple, pear, plum and walnut orchards.

A short walk from the house is a spring fed lake which is perfect for wild swimming the temperature of which remains warm throughout the summer months. There is a paddle board and rowing boat for guests to use along with inflatables and water toys. There is also a stone boathouse (which is being renovated and will include a kitchen and washroom facilities).
