River View House can accommodate 8 to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities with the snug doubling up as a fifth bedroom if required with use of a double sofa-bed

Kitchen/Dining Room: a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, one with a built-in microwave, gas hob, hot water tap, 2 dishwashers, toaster, coffee machine, a large fridge, a small freezer, large central island with 4 stools leading into the dining room with table and chairs to seat 10 guests and sliding doors leading onto the terraces with glorious views across the estuary and South Hams countryside
Living Room: with 2 large sofa's, 2 armchairs, views across the estuary and countryside, sliding doors leading onto the terrace, coffee table and wood burning stove
Snug/Bedroom 5: with a large sofa which turns into a sofa-bed sleeping 2 guests, armchair, coffee table and wood burning stove
Lower Ground Floor
Master Bedroom: with a king-size bed, sofa, Flat screen TV, sliding doors leading onto the terrace with views across the estuary, en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower and double sink, separate WC and sink and built-in wardrobes
Media/Cinema Room: with a large flat screen TV, professional sound system, a fitted bar with drinks fridge and 2 large comfy sofa's
Laundry Room: with a tumble dryer, a washing machine, sink and additional storage space

Bedroom 4: with a double bed which can be made into a twin, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath
Grounds
With beautifully landscaped grounds and spectacular views across the estuary and the South Hams countryside. There are a number of terraces for guests to enjoy with outdoor dining table and chairs on the grounds floor section of the property and a seating area with garden furniture and 4 sun-beds on the lower ground section of the property
The pathway leads from the side of the house down to the bottom of the garden and to guests' own private access to the river estuary
