Lake Windermere Lodge

As regards to our stay, it was fabulous. The house was definitely WoW and definitely a Lake House! The house representative Peter was wonderful and extremely welcoming. All the facilities were perfect, we were able to access Lake Windermere via the jetty attached to the house for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming, which was what we wanted to be able to do. The house is perfectly positioned to allow you to explore the remarkable scenery of the Lakes.

Lake Windermere Lodge was incredible. We loved the house and the location and had a fabulous family week together. We had taken our kayak and paddle board but were delighted to find two extra paddle boards in the boathouse. The whole family could enjoy being out on the lake together every day. It was a beautiful house, and we'd love to return.

Had a fantastic 3 night stay at lake Windermere lodge...the house is stunning and felt very homely as all creature comforts were provided - from tech for music and movies to fluffy towels and cosy slippers. We were blown away by the lake views! The fabulous house along with the stunning location made it hard for us to leave...so we have all decided we shall definitely come back again. We are missing it already!

We had a wonderful time at the lodge. It was easy to get to, was in the most wonderful position and we found the house suited our needs exactly. We were a diverse group age and interest wise but the house gave us all room to do our own thing as well as come together. We would book it again.

I would like to say what a WONDERFUL property the Windermere Lodge was. The whole family was thrilled. We had a wonderful birthday party for my husband. We rented a boat for the three days and enjoyed meals outside in the sunny weather. I would describe as the kind of holiday property that one wishes to stay in but seldom manages to find. All the extras that we needed were provided too. Thank you.
