Cape Town Beach House

The house combines comfort and exceptional style, featuring African baskets, rugs, and lamps, antique stools, and carefully selected works by esteemed local artists.

Living Area: the open-plan space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas, offering dreamy views and access to a beachfront deck through floor-to-ceiling windows. In the living room and dining area, a magnificent artisan wood dining table accommodates eight guests, accompanied by two beach-facing lounge chairs.

The art collection includes "Waterbug Role Play," an ethereal and multi-medium piece by Cape Town artist Xanthe Scout Lardner-Burke. Another featured work is "A Frayed Memory," a vivid and expressive piece by Carolina Salinas that reflects her interest in women's identity.

Kitchen and Dining Area: the kitchen is fully equipped with an island and a cooker/worktop offering ocean views.

Grounds

A long, glass-walled beachfront deck features sunbeds and an outdoor dining table for eight guests, complemented by a braai/BBQ area behind the kitchen.

The deck provides direct access to the beach via 40 steps.

Additionally, a garage for one car is conveniently situated 15 steps above the house, offering a valuable parking solution given the challenging parking conditions around 4th Beach.
