Caledonian Manor offers 10 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged across three separate wings. Each wing enjoys its own convenient kitchenette, complete with tea and coffee-making facilities.
Ground Floor
Lounge/Whiskey Room: a charming and relaxed setting with two generous sofas, a comfortable pouffe, Smart TV and a warming wood-burning stove, perfect for unwinding with a favourite tipple after a day exploring.
Dining Room: an elegant setting for memorable meals and special celebrations, with a beautiful dining table seating up to 20 guests and a charming open fireplace creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Kitchen: a beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchen with a dual oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, built-in coffee machine, boiling water tap, microwave and toaster, along with everything needed for preparing delicious meals. A large central island provides the perfect spot for relaxed cooking and socialising.
Boot Room: with additional storage for outdoor essentials and a dedicated dog shower, perfect for washing muddy paws after countryside adventures.
Billiard Room: complete with a pool table, atmospheric lighting, comfortable armchairs and a warming wood-burning stove.

Set within 65 acres of beautiful private grounds, guests can enjoy woodland trails, meet the resident Highland cows and ponies, and make the most of the wonderful outdoor facilities. These include a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, an alfresco dining area, a children’s play area with swings and a sunken trampoline, and a fire pit with seating for relaxed evenings under the stars.
