Additionally, the versatile Little Barn offers a seventh en-suite bedroom or can be transformed into a charming children's crash pad.

Main House - Ground Floor

Drawing room: spacious and inviting, the grand room features dual seating areas, offering abundant seating options for guests to unwind and indulge in comfort beside the crackling open fireplace.

Study: an inviting sanctuary to unwind, delve into literature, or make productive strides away from the corporate confines.

Cinema room: an incredible home theater boasting plush, expansive sofas, a massive high-definition TV equipped with immersive surround sound, a top-of-the-line DVD player, and SKY capabilities.

Kitchen: a lavishly furnished farmhouse-style kitchen featuring both an exquisite AGA stove and a modern electric oven, while the spacious breakfast table comfortably accommodates up to 8 esteemed guests.

Please note due to the steep staircase installed to reach this floor and the beams located on the floor and ceiling, this bedroom is not suitable for less agile guests or the elderly.

Swimming pool and pool house: a splendid swimming pool (available May-September) awaits, adorned with ample seating and luxurious sun loungers, set in a sun-drenched southern locale. The pool house boasts a well-equipped kitchenette, a refreshing shower room, convenient changing rooms, and extra seating for ultimate relaxation.

Secret garden: a magnificent hidden oasis, boasting an enchanting secret garden adorned with an exquisite outdoor dining area. Complete with plush seating, a charming table, and a delightful grill fire, it offers the ideal ambiance for savoring delectable al fresco meals.
