Kitchen/Dining Room: a luxuriously appointed kitchen boasting a Range master cooker, hob, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, double Belfast sink, and a quartz central island. Complete with a dining area for 6-8 guests, it opens onto a spacious patio and grounds.
Sitting Room: adorned with rustic wooden beams, featuring plush double sofas, a charming wood burner, a comfortable armchair, and a modern Smart TV. French doors open onto the expansive patio and surrounding grounds.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: spacious master suite featuring a luxurious king-size bed, panoramic double aspect windows, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower and elegant washbasin (please note there is no toilet as there is no door to the en-suite bathroom).
Bedroom 3: featuring a bunk bed arrangement, with a spacious double bed below and a cosy single bed above.
Family Bathroom: spacious bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, washbasin, and WC.
