Bathroom: shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 with shower over bath

First Floor

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with separate bathroom (shared with bedroom 2)

Play Area: outside the twin room is a large landing that has been made into a children's play area

Swimming Pool: The salt water swimming pool (12m x 4m) is completely secluded at the back of the house, the striking infinity edge pool has gorgeous views over the surrounding vineyards, the pool is  heated so it can be enjoyed from spring to well into the autumn. (A high specification electric security cover keeps the area safe for young children)

Sun chairs and parasol are available on the terrace for taking the sun or for a bit of shade

Grounds: The villa has professionally landscaped gardens at the front, side and back of the house. They are suitable for children with large play areas and swings, plus entertaining space for alfresco dining. In the evenings, you can enjoy the whole property with outdoor lights on all terraces. Stairs go down to a lower part of the garden with a deck perfect for sunbathing or taking a drink whilst admiring the stunning views of the country side.

Outside Dining: Pool Terrace Dining: Outdoor dining area with a gas Weber BBQ and table that can accommodate 10 guests, close to the swimming pool, and overlooking the stunning scenery.

Alfresco Dining – At the front of the house, outside the main dining room and kitchen, is a dining area under the vines, with a gas Weber BBQ which can accommodate 10 people. Perfect for a shaded lunch on a hot sunny day!
