The Tree House is a luxury treehouse which ensconced in the midst of a gorgeous private woodland hidden away amongst the undulating hills and bubbling streams of Yealm Valley. The Tree House which can accommodate 4-6 guests has been stylishly fitted and has a wonderful deck with wonderful views and cinema room. Outside, the property benefits from a cedar wood hot tub and a fishing lake close to the house.
Location - The Tree House is located near Yealmpton and is surrounded by 2 acres of beautiful land, including its own private woodland and fishing lake; abundant with carp making the this the ideal hideaway for fishing enthusiasts too. The area is known for its outstanding natural beauty and there are numerous little hamlets and villages scattered around that are teeming with quintessential English character; village pubs, antique shops, locally sourced grocery stores, craft shops, pastry shops and so on.
Nearest Train Station: Plymouth 10 miles (30 minutes)
Nearest Airport: Exeter 40 miles (45 minutes)
London: 4 and a half hour drive (230 miles) or 3 and a quarter hour journey by train (London Paddington to Plymouth)

The Tree House offers modern and cosy accommodation and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The open-plan living area benefits from underfloor heating and a log burner.

Dining and living area: contemporary dining and living space with large glass fronted log burner, the dining table can seat up to 4 guests and the living area has a TV with Freeview and iPod dock. Bi-folding doors open onto a vast expanse of decking which seems to hover amidst the treetops
Kitchen area: modern German kitchen with large gas hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher and gas oven
Bedroom 1: double bedroom with patio doors onto the decking and a TV with Freeview and iPod dock, the en-suite bathroom has a shower
Bedroom 2: twin or double bedroom with patio doors onto the decking and a TV with Freeview and iPod dock
Bathroom: with mood lighting and a free standing bath with shower head

Cinema/snug room: tucked away downstairs is your very own 3D home cinema, games room and all-purpose snuggery. Perfect for respite or recreation, it is the ideal place to kick back and watch movies (on a huge 5 metre screen and 7.1 surround-sound system), play games (we have the latest Xbox One and PS4 consoles) or simply to cosy up (or snuggle-down, the choice is yours) on the sprawling, super-comfy sofas and gaze at the woodlands through the window or the patio doors. Adjust the lighting according to your mood
Grounds
The Tree House is well secluded in 2 acres of private grounds including woodland and a freshwater fishing lake (only 50 metres away) - an ideal romantic hideaway and perfect for lovers of fishing and the countryside. There is wonderful views from the decking and plenty of parking is available on the driveway. For relaxing there is a 5-seater cedar wood hot tub with mood lighting.
