The Coach House is the perfect luxury self-catered holiday home for up to 8 + 1 guests in 4 bedrooms, of which 2 are en-suite plus a family bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms.

Ground Floor

Living room: elegant large living room with a log burning stove and doors opening directly onto a covered terrace area bordering lawn gardens

Kitchen/dining room: large room has seating for 8- 10 guests, and has doors opening on to the courtyard and lawn. The well-equipped kitchen with granite work tops, two ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher has everything you would need for the perfect self-catering holiday

Utility room: with washing machine and dryer

Downstairs cloakroom: with W.C.

Grounds

The Coach House has three private garden areas: a large, south facing lawn with beautiful views over the estate garden, a magical walled garden where one can hide from the rest of the world and a cobbled courtyard ideal for al fresco dining in the evening – all perfect places to relax, unwind, play and socialise.

You can rent the property in conjunction with New Forest House and accommodate up to 30 guests, who can all dine together in the wonderful dining room.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: large master bedroom with lovely views overlooking the gardens to one side and the cobbled courtyard and countryside to the other. The bedroom has a double or twin king size zip and link bed plus pull-out bed

Family bathroom: bathroom with shower over bath

Bedroom 3: lovely, good size, sunny bedroom with a double or twin king size zip and link bed, the bedroom has great view over trees and the estate gardens. This bedroom has its own en-suite shower room

Bedroom 4: cosy bedroom with a double or twin king size zip and link bed; this bedroom is accessed by its own staircase. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower room
