Kitchen/Breakfast Room: a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, Smeg fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and freezer with dining table and chairs to seat 6 guests and French windows leading out onto the terrace
Washroom/Boot Room: with WC, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer
Living Room: a large spacious room with 2 sofa's, armchair and coffee table in one half and an L-shaped sofa, pouffe, Flat Screen TV with Netflix and Sky and a log burning stove in the other half of the room

Bedroom 2: with a double bed which can be made into a twin, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath
