Springfield Estate

Springfield Estate can accommodate 18-20 guests in 8 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms in the Coach House, 2 bedrooms in the Cottage, 1 bedroom in the Apartment and 2 bedrooms in the Studio

Coach House (6-8 guests)

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Room: a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining table and chairs to seat up to 6 guests

Utility Room: with a washer/dyer and a cloakroom with WC and basin

Sitting Room: with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV, Sona system and a wood burning stove

First Floor

Bedroom 1: with a super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed which can be made into a twin and en-suite with shower over the bath

Bedroom 3: with twin beds and the facility to add a further two single beds and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Garden

Private courtyard with a dining table and chairs to seat up to 8 guests and a four seater child friendly hot tub

Cottage (4 guests)

The Cottage opens onto the shared piazza

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer

Cloakroom: with WC and washbasin

Living/Dining Room: with 2 sofa's, coffee table, Flat Screen TV, wood burning stove, Sona system, dining table and chairs to seat 8 guests with a double-height solar atrium. The dining table can be extended in this room to seat up to 20 guests together for meals

First Floor

Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed, French doors leading onto a small balcony and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Bedroom 2: with a double bed which can be made into a twin and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath

Apartment (2-4 guests)

The Apartment opens onto the shared piazza and can also be accessed from the Coach House garden

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer

Cloakroom: with WC and washbasin

Sitting Room: with a double sofa-bed, Flat Screen TV and iPod docking station

Bedroom 1: with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Studio (4 guests)

The main entrance is from the parking area, but it also opens to the piazza

Gardens and Grounds

The properties sit within a 30 acre estate which has formal gardens, meadows, a forest, lake and stream and plenty of facilities for everyone to enjoy which include:

Swimming Pool/Sauna/Hydro Pool Spa: outdoor heated swimming pool 6m x 12m available from May to October with Roman steps and ceramic tiles. Accessed via a glass-ceiling gazebo is the Sauna, shower, WC and changing rooms. The eight-seater hydro spa (only suitable for adults) is located on the Spa Deck to the rear of the swimming pool through a safety gate and has amazing views of the grounds and countryside. The Spa Deck has an outdoor heated shower and a lounge with a wood burner and oven. There is also a swing egg chair under the veranda of the lounge

Poolside Terrace: a glazed, covered area where guests can relax and also dine beside the swimming pool with a large terrace with glass rail and panoramic views across the countryside, dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and coffee tables

Tennis Court: a newly surfaced clay court with net. There is an automatic ball-serving machine available for hiring

Lake and Forest: located near the forest the lake has been deepened and is suitable for wild swimming with walkways around the lake. The forest is glorious with many walkways around and through the forest for guests to explore and enjoy

Firepit: the BBQ firepit is located within a clearing in the wood with ample fuel supplies available and is the perfect place for larger gatherings 

BBQ: there is a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ for guests to use in the outdoor cooking area outside the Coach House garden
