Regent House can accommodate 10 guests in five luxurious bedrooms, three of which have en-suite facilities with one bedroom on the lower ground floor, the Master bedroom on the second floor and three bedrooms on the top floor of the property

Dining Room: with dining table and chairs to seat 10 guests 

Sitting Room: with a sofa, 2 armchairs, large pouffe and a feature fireplace (cosmetic)

Conservatory: with sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table with doors leading out into the garden down a flight of steps

Cocktail Bar: with bar area, stocked with glassware, cocktail shakers, basic drinks, sink, dishwasher, coolers and fridge, 4 bar stools, Flat screen TV and views across the garden

Kitchen/Breakfast Room: fully equipped galley style kitchen with 2 electric ovens, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, breakfast room with a dining table and chairs for 6 guests, door leading into the garden 

Lower Ground Floor

Reception room: with a sofa, armchairs, pouffes, coffee table and a large FLat screen TV

Gym: with a cross trainer, vibragym (powerplate), weights, climber, dumbbells, massage bed, workout mats and resistance bands and en-suite shower room

Master Bedroom Suite: the Master bedrooms suite occupies the entire floor with a king-size bed, plenty of furniture, TV and en-suite bathroom with a marble bathtub, an Italian shower and his-and-hers sink and a separate dressing room with glass fronted wardrobes, 2 armchairs and a dressing table

Third Floor

Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobe, armchair, desk and chair, TV, views across Regent's Park and en-suite bathroom with a steam shower

Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, TV, armchairs and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower

Family Bathroom: with a bath and a walk-in shower

To the rear of the property is the south-west facing Italianate Garden with table, chairs and umbrella, rattan garden furniture, a hot tub seating 6-8 guests and a gazebo with comfy seating
