Labyrinth

Labyrinth can accommodate 10-12 guests in six bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, four in the main house and two in the annexe

Main House Ground Floor

Entrance Hall: a bright open space with two love seats and an inglenook fireplace 

Sitting Room: a large, light room with corner sofa, armchair, stools, 55 inch TV with Sky Q, sound bar and BT Sports, open fireplace and views across the grass tennis court and the front gardens

Games Room: with a large sofa, 55 inch TV with Sky Q and Sony Playstation PS4 with virtual reality headset, board games including Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess, Monopoly and books

Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer, dog bed and a sink 

Home Office: with desk and chairs, printer, ink and paper

Kitchen/Dining Room: a fully equipped kitchen with a 5 door Aga and hob, 2 electric ovens, 2 sinks, 2 large American style fridge/freezers with drinks dispenser and ice machine, 2 dishwashers, Magimix, Nutribullet, Nespresso coffee machine, a large island, open fireplace, dining table and chairs to seat 12 guests, French doors leading onto the grass tennis court 

Boot Room and Washroom: additional storage space for coats and boots and a downstairs WC with washbasin

Annex Ground Floor

Kitchen: a breakfast kitchen with 2 ovens, a microwave, induction hob with 4 rings, large fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and dishwasher

Summer Room: a large, spacious room with L-shaped corner sofa, 72 inch TV with surround sound, Freeview and Now TV, floor to ceiling bi fold doors (with black out blinds for movie nights) opening onto the Japanese pond and gardens

Terrace: a large terrace area with a sunken fishpond  dining table and chairs, a covered outdoor sitting room area with sofa's, armchairs, coffee table and heater and stairs leading down to the swimming pool

Main House First Floor

Pink Bedroom: located in the eaves (5ft entrance) with a king-size bed, TV with Freeview, views across the grounds and en-suite bathroom with limited headroom at the entrance (4ft) has a free standing bath with a hand held shower

Yellow Bedroom: with twin beds and TV with Freeview

Grey Bedroom: a king-size bed, armchair, TV with Sky Q and en-suite bathroom with limited headroom at the entrance (3ft 10 inches) has a bath with a hand held shower

Family Bathroom: with a free standing bath and a walk-in shower

Master Bedroom: a light, spacious bedroom with a super king-size bed with a hidden TV at the base of the bed with Freeview and Now TV, a sofa, chairs, French windows leading onto a private balcony with a chair, a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with steps leading up to a round bath and a separate walk-in shower. This bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning

Annexe First Floor

Bedroom One: a king-size bedroom with a private balcony with stairs leading down to the swimming pool, a TV with Freeview, views across the swimming pool and en-suite bathroom with a bath

Bedroom Two: a twin bedroom, perfect for children, with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Grounds

Beautifully manicured grounds with a private gated drive, several seating areas on the terrace in front of the main house, by the grass tennis court and on the terrace in front of the annexe, a grass tennis court with an umpire chair, a trampoline, a croquet lawn, an outdoor heated swimming pool (available from 8.30am to 6.30pm in April and October and from 7.30am to 7.30pm in May, June, July, August and September), (diving board has been removed) and 3 large round sun beds with room for 3 people on each and 2 single sun beds, a hot tub with bluetooth sound system and party lights, a combined sauna/steam room with changing facilities including WC and shower. The grounds also have a vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to seasonal produce and a wild flower meadow with meandering paths
