Mottingham House

Mottingham House can accommodate 14-25 guests in 10 bedrooms of which 9 have en-suite facilities, with 5 bedrooms in the main part of the house, 2 bedrooms in the Penthouse and a further 3 bedrooms in the Cottage

Main House - Ground Floor

Music Room/Library: a wood panelled room with sofa's, armchairs, feature fireplace, a Grand Piano and large bookshelves full of books  

Formal Lounge: a wood panelled room with 2 large sofa's, 2 armchairs and a beautiful feature fireplace

Cloakroom: storage space for jackets and footwear

WC: with toilet and washbasin

Drawing Room: a large room with 2 comfy sofa's, 2 armchairs, fireplace and a Flatscreen TV

Kitchen/Dining/Snug Room: a beautiful open plan area with fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, 2 large Meile ovens, 1 steam oven, combination microwave, 2 large dishwashers, a breakfast bar for 4 bar stools and steps leading down to the dining area with a large table and chairs for up to 12 guests (there is a second dining table seating 10 guests available upon request) and a large sofa, coffee table and modern gas fireplace and large floor to ceiling windows and French doors leading out to the patio and garden 

Pantry: separate storage area just off the kitchen 

Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer

Cottage - Ground Floor

Kitchen/Living Room: a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs for up to 6 guests, a comfy sofa and TV

Cloakroom: with WC and washbasin

Bedroom 3: a studio style room with small kitchenette, double sofa-bed and en-suite shower room 

Main House - Basement

Gym/Cinema Room: with various gym equipment, 85inch TV screen leading through to a lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa and modern gas fireplace

Games Room: with full size American pool table/table tennis and dartboard and bar area with stools

Sauna: seating 8-10 guests

Shower: located opposite the sauna with a shower and separate WC with washbasin

Grounds

With half an acre of beautifully manicured grounds including a large terrace with outside dining table and chairs for 10-12 guests, a small pond, a coal BBQ, trampoline, climbing frame and swings 

Main House - First Floor

Master Bedroom Suite: comprising of two rooms the larger is the master bedroom with Super king-size bed, fireplace and lovely views out onto the rear gardens leading through to the walk-in wardrobe and second bedroom with a single bed and a sofa-bed. Both bedrooms share a large en-suite bathroom with double sink and jacuzzi bath

Bedroom 2: a king-size bedroom with feature fireplace, sofa and coffee table, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower

Bedroom 3: a double bedroom with feature fireplace, French windows opening up onto a private balcony and en-suite shower room

Bedroom 4 Suite: with a king-size four poster bed, feature fireplace and a mezzanine level accessed via a steep staircase with a double mattress suitable for 2 children and en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath

Cottage - First Floor

Bedroom 1: a double bedroom and free standing bath with shower attachment and en-suite WC with washbasin

Bedroom 2: a twin bedroom and en-suite shower room 

Main House - Top Floor (Penthouse)

The Penthouse is a self-contained flat which can be closed off from the rest of the main house with separate access 

Bedroom 5: a king-size bedroom and en-suite shower room

Bedroom 6: a twin bedroom with access through into the main bathroom 

Family Bathroom: with wash-basin, freestanding bath with shower attachment and WC

Living Room: with a large comfy sofa, sky-light windows and a flat screen TV, this room also benefits from a double sofa-bed sleeping 2 guests

Kitchen/Dining Room: a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room with table and chairs to seat up to 6 guests

Roof Terrace: with stairs leading up to the terrace from the hallway of the Penthouse with a glass table and bar stools seating up to 6 guests
