These grounds boast numerous terraced spaces, including one at ground level adorned with cozy sofas, inviting armchairs, coffee tables, a warming log fire, and a convenient BBQ area. Additionally, there's another terrace at a lower ground level, accessible via steps leading into the garden, complete with a luxurious cedar hot tub.

Towards the front of the property, you'll find a private driveway and a secure courtyard area discreetly positioned beside the house. This tranquil courtyard features an outdoor shower and provides access to the property's cloakroom, conveniently adjacent to the primary kitchen/living/dining area.
