Clock Tower House & Barn can accommodate 14 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms and benefits from underfloor heating throughout the property, which is all arranged on one floor

Clock Tower House (8 guests)

Courtyard: with a clock tower the private gated courtyard is a tranquil spot and the main access to the property with plenty of seating and dining table and chairs

Kitchen/Breakfast room: the large kitchen/breakfast room opens onto the private courtyard area with a fully equipped kitchen with professional range, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, breakfast table and chairs for 8 people 

Dining room: with a round table and chairs seating up to 8 people and double doors leading through to the drawing room

Drawing room: a large, light room with an open fireplace, comfy sofa's and armchairs

Bedroom 1: double bedroom with a king size bed, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower

Bedroom 2: double bedroom with a king size bed, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and free standing bath

Bedroom 3: double bedroom with a king size bed, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower

Bedroom 4: double bedroom with a king size bed, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, this bedroom is accessed via the drawing room

Clock Tower House has a wonderful private courtyard area to enjoy those summer evenings with a BBQ and al fresco dining

The Barn (8 guests) 

The barn is accessed through an interconnecting door from Clock Tower House and includes

Conservatory: a fantastic light open space with plenty of seating and French windows leading out onto the private terrace

Kitchen/Dining room:  a large open space with vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with professional range, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, underfloor heated flagstones, dining table and chairs for 8 people and doors leading onto a private terrace

Master bedroom: accessed from the conservatory this large room benefits from a sitting area with a few steps leading up to a double  four poster bed, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a freestanding roll top bath, this bedroom also has its own private terrace area

Bedroom 2: double bedroom with a king size bed, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower

Bedroom 3: double bedroom with a king size bed, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower

First Floor

Drawing room:  a large room with vaulted ceilings, cosy armchairs and day beds (for an extra 2 guests if required) with glorious views across the parkland and its own adjacent wet room

Grounds

Clock House Tower & Barn has a wonderful private courtyard and terrace areas to enjoy summer evenings with a BBQ and al fresco dining. In the grounds of the estate there is a shared use of the outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a shared tennis court that is available to guests.
