Family Room: with a large sofa, Flat Screen TV, Table Football and a large bay window overlooking the garden and the sea
Dining Room/Conservatory: dining table and chairs to seat 8 guests leading through to the conservatory with 2 sofa's, B&O speakers and views across the garden and sea with French doors leading into the grounds
Lounge: with a large sofa, armchair, L-shaped sofa, coffee table, Flat Screen B&O TV, B&O speakers, wood burner and a large bay window overlooking the swimming pool and the sea

There is access to the Games Room with pool table, sofa and Flat Screen TV and the Shower Room with a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and changing area
